With our townhomes' excellent location, you can basically ditch your car when you get here. Pop over to the beach whenever the mood strikes. We designed Sailors Cove and Pirates Pearl for families, and it's a great spot for multi-generational reunions and multi-family getaways. The floorplan is spacious and spread over three floors, which is great for hanging out as a group without getting in each other's way. Kids love the swashbuckling decor and sleepover-ready bunk rooms. Teens love the super-fast WiFi. We used the properties for a youth ministry retreat. Everyone loved the look and aesthetics of the property. The location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the beach. They are great for housing a family or group gathering! Things that can be improved upon are providing enough wash cloths for all guests instead of one per bathroom, when the properties sleep 10 or 11 people. There were no irons in either property; and that was not communicated prior to booking. The air was not working on the 2nd floor in one of the properties; and it was not repaired prior to the end of our stay. The sliding glass doors had not been maintained well and kept getting off track and were hard to maneuver. The refrigerator not freezer in one of the properties was not getting cold even after the temperature was adjusted to lower. The management team is very responsive. However, the people who came into the property while we were there to do repairs did not say much or even notify us of what was fixed or if the issue was resolved; and no one followed up with us via the messaging portal with much of an update unless I inquired while messaging about something else.
