Newly built modern villa in 2021, high-end furniture and appliances, quiet and safe.
Note: The third bedroom is a study room with an extra bed. There are no wooden doors, but cloth curtains.
[Location] 3 minutes walk to the famous commercial street Main Street, there is a large life supermarket Haoyunlai Supermarket, various restaurants, banks, shopping malls, cinemas, etc., 4 minutes drive to the large supermarket COSTCO and department store Taeget, 5 minutes drive to the University China Supermarket.
[House type] Private garage entry, which can park 2 cars; equipped with a brand new washer dryer, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.
The first floor is a through-type garage, dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom; the second floor is 2 large suites, each room has a bathroom, with a terrace for leisure viewing.
[Facilities] 24-hour hot water, high-speed Wi-Fi, Internet smart TV, a full set of kitchen utensils, and high-end bedding.
[Transportation] About 20 minutes from Hollywood, Universal Studios, and the Avenue of Stars, about 30 minutes from Disneyland, about 30 minutes from the beach, and 30 minutes from the airport. Close to Pasadena, Arcadia and San Marino.

We booked a 3bd townhome but had to move to a 2bd townhouse due to the leak in the ceiling. I requested a partial refund from the host due to the inconvenience but he said the 2bd was better. That was not the issue, it was a problem for two nights with the ceiling leaking, the dust and dirt from the contractor cutting into the ceiling while we were there and wet smell coming the the exposed roof with black mold showing. Very disappointing that the owner did not provide a partial refund. He did offer a discount if we returned but I don’t think that’s an option for us going forward.

Unfortunately our stay was not a good experience. The property itself was simply not suitable. There was no toaster, no coffee maker, no garbage disposal. Additionally there were minimal dish ware, only one pan and no dish towels. The advertised 3rd bedrooom was just a nook off the kitchen with a curtain . The checking process was also very unorganized as we didn’t receive any check in instructions. After calling and massaging the host multiple times with no response (2 hours before our check in time) I had to call VRBO support. I finally received the instructions but language barrier made it difficult. Overall the place felt clean but everything was bare and there was just not the necessities that you would expect. Would not stay here again
