Take the elevator to this top floor wonderful end unit with covered parking and convenient neighborhood pool. Enjoy stunning views of the marshes and Bohicket Creek from the rear porch. High tide brings numerous sea birds while low tide has oysters 'clipping shut' in their beds. The Villa is designed for a wonderful vacation experience and is within walking distance of the Lake House fitness center and pools. You'll also enjoy miles of white sandy beaches, nature trails and bike paths all over the island. Seabrook teams with wildlife including dolphins, deer and turtles and is an Audubon Certified sustainable community!

The beautifully equipped kitchen is appointed with top of the line appliances, dinnerware, glassware and so much more…including a huge pot for a shrimp boil, 12 cup coffee maker, even a coffee grinder to enjoy your favorite beans! Pick up groceries at Freshfields 10 minutes away or try one of their many restaurants!

The open floor plan dining/living area features a vibrant living space with beautiful coastal décor including dual ceiling fans, a spacious sectional, plenty of local reading material, board games and a media center with a smart TV streaming YouTubeTV, with 85+ channels including local. Enjoy movies and programs on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Need to check the forecast or listen to some great music? JUST ASK ALEXA! SECURE WIFI IS ALSO INCLUDED

Sliding doors open to the dual ceiling fan porch where guests can relax. You'll want to take a snooze on the couch, have drinks in the cozy seating area or dine al fresco at the high top table overlooking the marsh.

The master bedroom with ceiling fan features a queen bed with a luxurious cool gel memory foam mattress and hotel-quality linens. The attached bath has a beautiful walk in shower and marble top vanity with ample storage.

The guest bedroom with adjacent bath has a ceiling fan, 2 twin beds and a lovely private deck area of its own overlooking the palm trees.

The laundry has a Full-size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies etc.

Looking for some off island adventure? Just down the road is Bohicket Marina & 400 yr old Angel Oak. Downtown Charleston is a short drive away with history, charm, shopping plus casual and fine dining!

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded.

The property was attractively furnished and the appliances were all new. Kitchen was very well stocked. It is a great , quiet location . The shower in secondary bath is great! I have the following suggestions for the owners : Would have appreciated placemats and or glass cleaner for the glass dining table. The carpet in the main area is washable and easy to clean, but there were stains . Suggest you ask the cleaning service to use carpet cleaner between guests. There are no lamps in the bedrooms . Bedside lamps would have been useful. One of the light bulbs in the main bath was burned out.

This a very nice unit very well equipped especially the kitchen. Very clean and quiet being on top floor. We loved the nice terrasse with beautiful marsh views to enjoy while having dinner al fresco. Very comfortable beds. You are not really in walking distance from the beach but easy 10 min bike ride. Tennis club right out the door. We definitely enjoyed our stay in beautiful Seabrook Island.

When I found this property online, I thought it looked wonderful. Boy, was I right...it was absolutely spectacular. The unit itself is cheery, comfy and well thought out. There is a good amount of room and everything was extremely clean. It is very well taken care of. The area is absolutely gorgeous- Seabrook Island is a wonderful resort community with very nice amenities. We used the pools, we went horseback riding, ate at the Pelicans Nest, shopped at Freshfields Village, and just enjoyed the entire thing. I could not be happier with our stay here - we would love to come back and do it all again!

Very well maintained home. Clean & well equipped kitchen.we love Seabrook and come every year! The property made for A very nice anniversary trip! (One thing that would have been nice is tv in bedroom & better tv channels) The bed was comfortable and love all the furniture on the deck! Thank you for sharing your home!

Could not find a better home away from home. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was great sitting out on the patio in the mornings listening to the birds and it’s a short bike ride to the beach or grocery store. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The owners really have gone above and beyond with this condo! It is very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need for your vacation. The marsh views are wonderful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
