Welcome to 'The Cottages at Blue'. This trio of chalets offers complete, custom-built comfort at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac nestled at the base of Blue Mountain. Each home has been fully fitted for luxe, modern mountain elegance and furnished for standalone living, making this property a great choice for larger group getaways. All homes have been thoughtfully designed with ample parking and privacy out back, and each home features upgraded soundproofing between each cottage within the triplex. There's no shortage of endless year-round activities located nearby, from winter days on the slopes to summer days enjoying the Georgian Bay shoreline from Northwinds Beach. Blue Mountain Village is just minutes away and the small town of Collingwood offers a charmer selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and other amenities just over six miles away.

All three homes feature a seven-bedroom floor plan, with matching amenity offerings including a cozy living room fireplace and a private backyard hot tub. Home chefs will adore the gourmet kitchens and each home includes its own gas grill for alfresco dining. Free WiFi and central air-conditioning are equipped throughout the property, and each home features its own washer/dryer for added convenience. Cottage 2 and Cottage 3 have heated flooring, Westin 'Heavenly Bed' mattresses, and blackout curtains in every bedroom to ensure privacy and comfort.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use personal logins for streaming services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a wonderful time at this property for my mom’s 75th surprise party (we had 41 guests and there was still plenty of room)! Candice from Vacasa was a pleasure to work with, and extremely responsive with everything leading up to the event, and during (getting additional towels, garbage pickup etc). Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future.

This trip was a dream. Each unit was perfect, the beds were super comfy, and the decks allowed for amazing outdoor time. The communication between us and Vacasa was above and beyond. No questions presented because we were always informed. Note: drive time to Toronto via Google Maps will not include traffic time, so add at least one hour to ETA to and from Toronto. :)

From a smooth check-in and check-out, to the amazing upgrades throughout all 3 cottages we rented, this was by-far the best spot we've found in The Blue Mountains for our annual company retreat. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything about it. We were there for a birthday and there were 25 of us. Location was perfect, lots of privacy. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Super clean. Every amenity perfect for us. Thank you for your help in getting the units with the same entry. That was a great help. Would definately book again.
