The Space: Main floor master bedroom is expansive which includes a large walk in closet, fantastic ensuite and private sitting room. Moving onto the west side of the cottage, you'll find a serene den overlooking the water - pull up a chair and delve into a novel! Additional main floor bedroom, and 4 piece bathroom is perfect for guests. The upper level boasts an additional 2 bedrooms, plus a private office for anyone wanting to work remote. Above the boathouse accommodation has a bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower. The bunkie is ideal for teens that want their privacy. With 500 ft of shoreline, the waterfront has a sandy beach area, with a gentle slope that gradually gets deeper the further you go out, plus a classic Muskoka granite and Jack Pine shoreline on the waterside of the cottage. The water depth at the end of the dock is typically approx 6 feet, but can vary from year to year. Bring your boat, or rent one through our Private Fleet - dock has plenty of room for water toys!
