*M1 metro line drops you a five-minute walk away.
*Buses 98E and 15 head to Bluewaters from the centre of the city. And if you’ve gone exploring the sights and sounds of the nearby Jumeirah Beach Residences, bus 84 will bring you straight home.
*Hire a bike for wandering about quiet paved lanes, or you walk over a bridge to Jumeirah Beach Residences, when at the Bluewaters. One can also rent a car, hail a cab or hop a bus. You’ll never feel far from home

The apartment has been built with a personal touch and I have tried my best to ensure a leisure stay for all the guests. The apartment is loaded with all the essentials and there’s absolutely no requirement of any other utilities.
*Remember to be respectful of other guests and neighbors and be mindful of the use of all the appliances and furniture in the property.
*Visitors are allowed until 10pm only
*Smoking is allowed, but be cautious while drinking outside the property.
*Proper use of all the gym equipments and facilities like dryer and washer is advisable.
* As a priority, privacy and convenience will be maintained for all our guests.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, not respecting this rule will result in a fine of 1000 AED.
