This condo building has 3 floors and 5 units in total. This listing is for one unit on the 3rd floor. You may be sharing the common areas in and around the building with other guests during your stay. There is no elevator on site, you must climb stairs (3 flights) to access all of the units. None of the units have stairs inside the units. Please inquire if you would like to rent additional units.

Guest Access:
The unit and building doors have locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

Unbeatable year-round location for groups looking to connect with each other and everything this beautiful area has to offer: Less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort, a 3-minute drive to Topnotch resort, less than a ten-minute drive from Mount Mansfield, Smuggler’s Notch, and Underhill State Park, 10-minute drive to downtown Stowe.

Summer travelers: Scenic Biking/Downhill biking, hiking, and swimming within walking distance from the front door: Ranch Brook is right at the end of the road from us (2-minute walk) - great spot for some fly fishing and casual waterfront time, 10-minute walk (less than half a mile) to the more well known Fosters swimming hole - a summer swimming destination for those that know it!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. We recommend bringing your own, but the closest car rental services are located in the nearby towns of Burlington and Berlin. We are also just a 3-minute walk to a Free Mountain Road shuttle stop that will take you to Stowe Mountain!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
