Our Loft is perfect for hosting 7 of your favorite people. With 2 bedrooms — one king bed, one queen bed. Our living room features a queen-sized pull-out sofa and an oversized chaise lounge ( it’s comfy, we promise ). Ever sleep like the Scandinavians? Each guest gets their own twin comforter. You can thank us later.

+ a medium { and/or } firm pillow for each guest, white noise machine, luggage rack, full-length mirror, a chair/stool, hangers, and lavender essential oil.

Our bathroom has spa-inspired details including a Henry Rose perfume bar, make-up face wipes, Grown Alchemist Hair & Body products, and Typology Paris Skin Care. But before you indulge in a bit of self-care be sure to slip into a comfy robe.

+ hair dryer, black washcloths, footstool, full-length mirror, steamer, travel-sized essentials ( for when you’ve forgotten yours ).

Foodie? Our kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. It features an Oatmeal Bar and an unforgettable coffee experience including :: a De Longhi Espresso Machine, Moka Pot, French Press, and Pour Over. A curated collection of dinnerware and flatware. And, tea too.

Our family was looking for a two night getaway driving distance from Chicago. We found this place on VRBO and were impressed by the pictures online. When we arrived, we were even more impressed in person! The space is so well appointed and has an elevated feel. Tons of natural light but shades on every window for privacy too. High end furniture and fixtures for an upscale vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Less than 10 min walk (with two kids! So even less with adults only) to the main downtown area. We liked being slightly removed because it was quieter at night. Directly above a cheese shop (so cute) and across the street from Simple Cafe, outrageously good breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We are no strangers to VRBO accommodations and this one we found to be extremely clean, easy check-in/checkout process, and very prompt communication with host. They allowed us to check in early and late, which was extremely accommodating with young children. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you again!

Immaculately decorated and thoughtfully detailed. Located with a close to downtown and across the street from great restaurants. I would recommend even if the weekend looked like bad weather- because you won’t want to leave the indoors!! Plenty of room to relax.

We travel often and this was hands down the best short term rental we’ve stayed in. Every detail was thought of - the luxurious linens on the beds, high end robes, beautiful design - the owners nailed it. It was the perfect escape for my husband and I for our 24th anniversary. We’re traveling to Italy and Greece in a few weeks and I can only hope our accommodations are as nice as this rental was. Perfection!

Our stay was spectacular! The design features of the home are not only beautiful but practical. The owners really thought of everything you’d possibly need when vacationing and made sure to include it and then some! The location is amazing, just a few short blocks from shopping, restaurants and the beach. We had our 1 year old son with us as well and he had room to move around and plenty to keep him busy! Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, we will definitely be back!

This property was absolutely amazing! It had so many cool little details that you don’t find at other rentals. It’s so close to downtown and walkable everywhere. We are planning to come back next year and I would absolutely rent this place again.

This place is a five star gem. The attention to detail and comfort by the owners Nicholas and his wife are beyond description. You won't want to leave, an easy two block walk downtown and the lake. Oatmeal bar, premium coffees, large dining room, large living room, french doors. Highly recommend, we will return.

Wow, this is possibly the most aesthetically beautiful home I’ve ever been inside. There are so many things that made this place special: -location: just a few blocks from downtown and across the street from a few great restaurants plus a cheese shop and a bakery -quiet-even though it’s close to all the action, the stay was very quiet. The place is above a cheese shop but we never heard any noise from there-and the cheese was to die for. Gorgeous -design wise every single detail was thought of. from the light switches to the record player each choice was the most beautiful, elegant and tasteful. -accommodating-all the toiletries were top of the line. The linens and towels were soft and the espresso machine was a delight Helpful-the host was quick to respond to an any questions and went above and beyond multiple times. I stayed there with two young kids (4 & 6). They loved it but people with really small kids or babies should be aware there are breakable items so it would require some diligence if you have a toddler.

This was a true staycation that was much needed to recharge. Even though we were walking distance to all that Lake Geneva has to offer, we didn’t want to leave the Upper Half Loft. Our hosts were great, very responsive, and they cut no corners to make this spot perfect for a getaway. Trust me when I say that no detail was overlooked! If you’re in the Lake Geneva area for any amount of time, you have to check this place out! This was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had at any short-term rental. 10/10 recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about these hosts! The property was decorated beautifully. So many nice touches- beautiful coffee bar, set up for a dinner party, anything you can think of. The communication was great. We will definitely be back!

Our weekend in the loft was incredible! We have stayed in many short stay rentals and this was absolutely the best we have every experienced. The decor was stunning and every single amenity one could dream of was in place. Game night with records playing, morning cup of coffee while reading in the natural light flooded living room, short walk to everything Lake Geneva has to offer! Highly recommend!

We loved this place the minute we stepped inside. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated..and the location to the lake area was perfect.. we hardly used our car. It was so quiet and relaxing and had everything we needed with many additional unexpected treats. Our long weekend was way to short!! We would definitely stay here again.

Our most luxurious vacation rental stay EVER. The amenities made us feel extra special including the expresso machine, oatmeal bar, cozy robes, and a beautiful bathroom that felt like a spa. We absolutely loved the location. We were able to enjoy a quiet night at the lake, which was only a few blocks away. Can’t wait to stay again!
