The cameras do not actively record video or sound while guests are in residence - NOTE: This property requires 2 steps to enter as well as internal stairs to access the basement and 2nd-floor bedrooms, although the den includes a sleeper sofa and no stairs are necessary to access it. The areas with stairs may be difficult for guests with limited mobility - NOTE: This property sleeps 22 guests in beds with room for 24 guests total with the use of the queen-sized air mattress - NOTE: There is no dock or boat slip
