Poor unsuitable to older people and most of all the price you pay is ridiculous for the what you get.

The view

Run down in need of repair the dining area is dull, the food served extremely poor, the rails around the veranda are broken and cracked dangerous. The pool is ok however it is never cleared of leaves extra seems you have to do this yourself. The rooms are ok but if you need anything even towels you have to ask

Exceptional

The view, the room,the location,the staff, the pool, the beach, the grounds, the food absolutely everything was amazing......Thank you very much to the wonderful hard-working staff.. they went above and beyond to make her stay perfect. The view was breathtaking, when snorkeling we discovered the beautiful corals and so many fish. The food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Lovely place for relaxing holiday

Wonderful view, quiet location, few other tourists, many locals, beautiful ambience, very friendly staff, perfect place to relax and enjoy East Bali.

Fridge was a bit dirty inside.

Absolutely everything but especially the pool and being able to snorkel of the beach, had a beach room and hearing the waves was magical

Best location, worth paying a bit extra for room 1or 2 they are literally on the beach front.

Facility is worn down, bed not the best, low water pressure, but the location is worth it. Very quiet and lovely staff. Food was amazing worth having lunch-dinner

Paradise in Amed

Spectacular view, the infinity pool, lovely staff. Comfortable bed, plus a day bed on balcony, perfect for watching the little fishing boats come and go.. Yummy food - especially the grilled fish cooked over coconut shells with a delicious Bali sambal, chips and salad. There is good snorkelling out front of the resort, but it was a bit rough when I went there this time, so I did a boat snorkeling trip instead. I have stayed here many times and every time I arrive, the view takes my breath away.

Shower water pressure weak. The beach in front is rocky and no good for walking on if that is an issue for you. They don’t have snorkelling gear to rent anymore, but will arrange it for you if you ask.

the pool facing the beach is amazing, having the attic and bed outside the room is great. feel like at home.

We left after 1 night having booked for 5.

Staff were lovely.

We knew this was a cheap hotel when we booked and we expected a fairly basic place which is fine by us. This however was barely habitable. Room had a bed, bedside table, small wardrobe, tiny broken fridge and nothing else....No glasses, coffee cups, coffee, kettle. Curtains and walls were totally mouldy. Towels old and threadbare. Bathroom mouldy, no hot water, no toilet paper after first half roll used. Safe was broken - there are no working safes or safety boxes. Sunbeds are badly broken, mouldy and torn. There is no access to ANY food or drinks at all - after a small but nice breakfast. You'll have to travel quite a distance to get any food and and you'll need a motorbike (or a very long very steep walk). The photos of the place are clearly years old as eg the sun-huts shown are totally gone and it is just an empty badly overgrown area. Very disappointing. They should update the photos and be honest about what they are offering.

amazing, would go again

it was clean, nice and spacious bungalows with outside bathrooms right by the beach. the staff were very helpful and friendly. we could sleep while hearing the sound of the waves.

The pool, that was the only thing I like it there.

The room was very dusty, spider webs around bathroom and wardrobe. There's stain of toothpaste around the basin. Pillows are stained and I found strains of hair so I'm not sure if they even change the bedding before the next guests. Only one option for breakfast which is egg and toast (coffee/tea).

Amazing view, peaceful place

Very beautiful. The pool is basically on the ocean, the view is amazing and you just feel good the moment you enter the place. The rooms are big, beds are quite comfortable, the open shower is nice as well. Would go back for sure.

Amazing views, swimming pool. very very very very helpful & friendly staff. quiet area. we can't swimming near beach. breakfast good. clean.

Too pricy. I think the owner forgot to reduce the price and forgot to close the property. I don't like the owner, when we arrive he forgot today me and my friend will check in. I pay for beach front but its not available, change to another balcony room, no worries. lately we know the beach from is occupied by family owner. The owner must be thank you to the staff we give you 8.0 value.

Paradise Found

I’m a strong believer that staff make or break the accommodation experience and the wonderful people at Wawa Wewe II made my stay there unforgettable. It had nothing to do with money or reputation. That’s just the way they are, especially Wayan Juno who seemed to sing when he spoke. The massage ladies are exceptional as well and it did make me concerned as how reserved and relenting the other Western guests were when they gently offered their services. Not since the Greek islands did everything feel so ‘blue’, uplifting and inspiring. Maybe it’s the way the resort is elevated from the sea and the lemon trees peppered about. Loved my stay ❤️

The only criticisms I’ll add, and this is for the owner, is to provide a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in all of the rooms AND a complimentary supply of filtered water somewhere people can refill easily, maybe in the restaurant. A couple more tables for solo travellers in the restaurant wouldn’t go astray either :-)
