Everything about the place was great -

Being very picky, the location is a little of the beaten track but, it is only 10 miles from York. When we do book again, we will go on Wednesdays onwards as all the local pubs etc are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays

The whole stay was perfect start to finish! On arriving, we had the key and the fob for the gates left for us. We arrived approx 7:30pm and we were hungry - there were takeaway menus in the room which was so nice! The bed was comfy and the extra touches were fab - the hairdryer, croissants, butter, milk and orange juice in the fridge. There’s a bookcase with jigsaws and games and books! Our dog Bailey absolutely loved running around the garden, sometimes accompanied by Bruno! Your place is a hidden gem and we will definitely be back again! Thank you so much Clare and Shaughn x

Gorgeous room - the photos didn’t do it justice. Comfy bed and lots of attention to detail that takes it to the next level.

Light, spacious, food/beverage/toiletries additions, comfy bed, tv with apps, warm shower, fast Wi-Fi, Bruno, quiet area, generally a lovely area and cozy stay

No cooking/heating appliances i.e. microwave/small stove, small fridge, non privacy windows

Lovely space, great location for Elvington airfield driving experience. Lovely pub a short walk away
