The Chef is very friendly and skilled , other kitchen staff very helpful and attentive.
It’s very very noisy, right beside a busy road and the glazing does a poor job keeping the noise out, also directly beside the hotel is a dog veterinarian and dog trainer. From 6am to late in the evening it’s bark bark bark bark , yap yap yap, bark bark bark, yap, bark, yap yap bark.
It’s truly awful, from 1- 4 dogs barking.
You cannot chill out at the pool, in the dining room, on the verandah without noise noise noise.
The swimming pool was very very dirty, I asked one day if it could be cleaned, a half hearted attempt was made by a bloke with a floor brush , I mentioned it the next day and it was scrubbed again, washing all the scum from the edge of the pool back into the water! Lol.
It’s that cloudy that you cannot see the bottom of the pool.
I asked a manger to add some chemical, he said it’s not needed. I asked him look at the pool in the hotel next door and tell me which one he would go swimming in!! It was crystal clear. He got some chemical and added.

Most of the staff amazing people helpful and friendly, Mehmet, your a star, a gentleman and certainly know all about customer service and hospitality. My rooms were lovely. Check in staff lovely
Too far away from things, no hot water for 5 days, hotel overpriced on soft drinks and food, very noisy you can hear everyone outside, just a plunge pool I couldn't shave for first 4 days and had cold strip wash, even after a room change I could shave but not shower unless in cold water, lots of apologies and promises, but no action, not even a offer of 10 pounds compensation for the inconvenience, rooms are not soundproof at all. This is my 5th visit in 2 years to Turkey and the worst of all five. Breakfast would be ok for most but if you're going for dental all other options are at extra cost.for breakfast, go elsewhere even after taxi costs, you'll get better value for the money and more choice. Such a shame. It could very easily become a 10, but I rate it a 5 as it stands

The best thing I liked about the property was the personnel working there. Although they were all good and professional, several of them stood out to me. Daria was a receptionist who helped me on multiple occasions by handwriting very detailed maps with directions on how to get to the places I desired to go. And she suggested some amazing places that I never could have found by myself. She was always kind and helpful. Also, the café manager,Mehmet, was unusually friendly, always smiling, and went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my meals. The breakfast was always great, very tasty and nutritious. And, the hotel manager was great. When I needed some extra water for my room, although he could have charged me for it, he graciously gave it to me without charge. Finally, the proximity to the beach was very good, with a free shuttle to and from the beach. Make sure you know the schedule before you leave the hotel, and when you were leaving the beach, go out near the road to catch the shuttle.

Leider hatte es kein Fahrstuhl. Dadurch dass es keine Bilder gibt sieht man nicht worauf man sich einlässt. Es sind zwei Apartments, die zu Hotelzimmern unbebaut worden sind.

Mehmet Abi wir vermissen dich!
Anfangs gab es Probleme mit unserem eigentlich gebuchten Zimmer. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, weil unser gebuchtes schon vergeben war. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass Sie sich bemüht haben das Problem zu beseitigen und uns für die Überbrückung ein teureres Zimmer plus gratis Essen gegeben haben. Direkt am ersten Abend haben wir den lieben Mehmet kennengelernt und er war uns direkt mit seiner herzlichen Art und Weise sympathisch. Zimmer waren sauber und die Anlage gepflegt. Man muss einige Treppen laufen (kommt darauf an welche Zimmer man hat), aber dass war ja zum Glück vorher schon bekannt.
Frühstück war kompakt und lecker. Generell wurde sich immer bemüht den Wünschen nachzugehen.

Badezimmer war etwas zu klein, aber es kommt auf das Zimmer an. Duschkopf wäre mir fast gegen mein Kopf gefallen, müsste mal bitte befestigt werden.

Modern small hotel. Staff in the restaurant were lovely.
It was really out of the way on a very busy road. Dogs constantly barking next door, asked for a quieter room but it came with an additional charge. Onsite restaurant which had basic food but expensive. You need a taxi if you want to eat elsewhere. Quoted 35euros one way to the airport when it was only 400TL by taxi!

Large comfortable room, very clean, helpful staff, free parking, very handy for the airport (easy 15 minute drive away). Good to meet Mehmet, the very likeable bar/restaurant manager who can speak 8 languages.

We stayed only one night and chose this hotel because it was close to the airport.
The windows of the room overlooked the very busy road and there was a night club very close so all night he heard cars and very load music. I guess we were put in that room only because of one night stay. No way to spend the whole holiday like that.

Very small rooms and poor quality. The concierge guy is extremely rude! They do not show you any respect or common courtesy as a hotel guest! The breakfast is awful as well! Overpriced and extremely poor quality!

The team and employees were very nice, Ms. Darya at reception desk was very helpful and cooperative, she provided a lot of information and services to us to make the stay smooth.

I understand this hotel is new but I really feel it opened up for bookings before it was ready. I rarely give feedback but need to point this out for other visitors an parents with kids -
- The breakfast choice is limited an not described beforehand
- It is served per table so it’s quite slow an seems they are short staffed - a buffet would be better
- The rooms are very small - I accidentally booked a budget double room. Again the wording confused us they upgraded us to a premier apartment - we paid a hefty amount. This apartment had no black put blinds not even thick curtains, so my baby was finessing it hard to stay asleep after sunrise, she cut her foot on something. When we jus moved in so it was left behind by previous owners. The cot was very dirty. We had to ask for a kettle a few times there was no hot water in the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink an the water pressure was really bad. No mugs, barely any cutlery - the basics is usually provided in apartments. Esp if you’re advertising as premier.
- we also upgraded my sister an mums room - asked for an extra single bed the mattress was really bad she returned it. We should get some compensation for all of this really.
- the hotel said I could pay for hotel transfer at the hotel - but the driver stopped midway asking to fill his petrol an said we could pay him directly this wasn’t made clear an made us uncomfortable. As he didn’t speak english.
That’s just a few of the things that made our stay very difficult especially with a baby.

If I had to think about it they could link up with some other agency and offer guests different activities. I've noticed other hotels/ hostels offer this.

I really liked the style and decoration of this hotel. The constant smiles on the faces of the staff members impressed me a lot. Therefore, it was impossible not to leave here happy. Moreover, they are very meticulous about cleanliness. I didn't have any problems at all.

The time I spent at the pool was extremely enjoyable. Additionally, while you're here, you must try Mehmet Bey's lemonade. I would like to thank all the staff for their attention and dedication. Thanks to them, I had an unforgettable experience.

Very friendly staff, super clean hotel, food was really good. Special mention to “mehmut” a true gentleman, looked after me every evening whilst dining and gave great advice on the local area. Nothing was to much trouble for him.
If I was to say a negative, it would be dogs barking next door.(obviously nothing to do with the hotel itself)Other than that I couldn’t fault my stay.
