I would like to access this wonderful location for a possible - small business getaway with others.

Pleasant location; staff was friendly and helpful; somewhat of a view of the lake from my room, but was adequate. I now know what to ask for next time. I noticed several “return guests” which resonated with me, and I felt welcomed by them as well.

Easy check-in, text with code sent

Beach area was nice, we were poolside which was quiet but room above us was loud, you could hear a lot and busy road

Room remodeling, beds good, shower felt like camper shower, wish they redid that.

Dissatisfied and Disappointment

I came to attend the graduation ceremony at the high school. I was 1 block away from the motel, which was good.

The room was Terrible! Lightning WAS VERY poor!!! There was NOT EVEN A CHAIR TO SIT IN AT THE DESK OR A TABLE& CHAIRS, to have something to write on or eat. There is plenty of room for a small table and a couple of chairs. There's one place to sit......the bed. The Room is worth a third of what it cost me

A perfectly fine stop over location that is making improvements.

Room was large and improvements to the facility were clearly being made.

The remote check in process never goes smoothly - here was no exception. Had to download an app and apparently the trick was to move the handle up (never opened a door that way in my life- weird move). The shower temp was extremely touchy and one of the soap dispensers fell off the wall and smashed into my girlfriend’s foot while she was showering.

The rooms were renovated and really nice and my family and I absolutely loved the boats/paddle boards left for guest use! It was so nice being able to not only have the view of the lake, but to be able to be out on it too!

There isn’t anything I can think of that I didn’t like. Maybe the fact I didn’t know there were 2 sides to the Motel, Lakeside & Northside. I thought any room would be at the lake, the Northside is a short drive up the street and if you want to get to the lake you have to drive there or walk a little bit down the road.

Excellent place, location and Pam is terrific

Newly renovated rooms with brand new mattress. Very comfortable . This motel was recently purchased and they are continuing to make interior& exterior upgrades. The manager(Pam) is so accommodating . We can’t wait to go back next summer. Great view from our room. Highly recommend Motel Luzerne. A true Gem

Could use a table & chairs. May an iron board & iron. Just suggesting , not complaining

Very good

I liked the location as it was not to far from Boltons landing nor the town of Lake George. I enjoyed the private beach along with the paddle boats and kayaking and paddle boards available.

The vending machine for drinks did not work. They should also add a snack machine as well.

One of our best vacation stays of the whole trip

The location. The room was comfortable and clean. It looked as though it had been recently updated and it was done very well. The manager, Pam, was wonderful, welcoming and helpful!

Fabulous!

My family and I went for my birthday weekend. We had a excellent time. The rooms were nice and clean. The lake was so beautiful and we loved that they let you use the paddle boats, etc. They are pet friendly and my dog Champ loved being outdoors all day. Everyone was friendly and we felt so relaxed all weekend. We will definitely be back next year.

Stay here, it’s great! :)

We loved staying here. The location was really beautiful, on a quiet lake that you can swim in, and they give you free use of canoes, pedal boats, etc. The rooms were nice too, and better than we expected from a roadside motel. The hosts were super friendly and super helpful, and created a lovely warm social atmosphere. We had a great time. Five stars, strongly recommended!

Great updated motel

Great updated lake motel. Great value for the price. Love the updated tech that made checking in easy.

Loved it. Looks like they are still working to update. Needs work on the outer part of the property but overall still good.

Amazing little spot to wake up on the lake. Not far from the rodeo or Lake George. We really enjoyed it!

A wonderful lakeside stay. Simple, peaceful, and clean.

The hotel is right on a small and quiet lake, with a private beach, kayaks and canoes for use and a place for a fire pit. The room was clean and had a microwave, coffee maker, wifi, TV and fridge. The bed was very comfortable, nice shower and everything was recently painted. It smelled nice and clean, and the bathroom had nice shampoo and soap dispensers. There was self-check-in/out via an app; it's recommended to download it before you get there as the cell signal is a little bit low there. There is a public beach about a block or so down the road. It'ss quiet and peaceful. The location is beautiful and really close to Lake George, which has lots of activities and a nice walkable town and waterfront.

We liked this place a lot. It's basic in terms of service, no breakfast or daily maid service. We didn't mind it at all, but that might be important to some people. We drove about 10 minutes toward Lake George and there were lots of places for breakfast lunch and dinner. It was hard to find reviews as this place seems to use different or related properties with more than one name. We were a little worried, but were happy when we arrived. There is no pool, which some of the listings showed. The room we booked was "Lakeside" but only the last room has lake view on both sides, but when you walk out of any room, the lake is only a 100 or so feet away, so it's a nice place to be :)

Stay was wonderful but bugs kept finding their way in.

Location was nice. Cute lakeside beach. The room was gorgeous.!

Spiders. Must have come in near old air conditioning unit. Yikes.

Comfy, quant and quite close to our friends in town!

The rooms were clean, beds were super comfy, had a nice sized mini fridge/freezer, loved the shower head in the shower! Cute little beach area. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Wouldn't recommend.

The location besides the lake was good.

No iron, and there is a peculiar sound all night long, didnt let me sleep. The bed was too soft.
