Nos encantó demasiado la ubicación, sincermanete estuvo increíble la vista, nos encantó su terraza en la parte de arriba. Es demasiado céntrico para quienes en verdad quieren disfrutar del malecón

Excelencia y calidad !!

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones son de lujo, la mejor vista del malecón, el roof que tienen es espectacular!! La atención desde que llegamos fue excelente y el servicio de limpieza súper atentos en todo momento !! Volvería cada que vuelva a la Paz !! súper recomendado

Lovely...miss it already!

Beautiful facility and room, unique layout. Spectacular and friendly daily cleaning. Prompt response to digital concierge messages. Best location in all of LaPaz. Luxury entrance for boutique hotel. Located right in the center of malacon boardwalk with food and shops all around. Beautiful balcony looking over the ocean, the boardwalk.And the people. View of la paz colorful sign from balcony. 2-5 minute walk will get you to most excursions on the water. I miss mornings on beautiful balcony.

Being in the middle of the action does mean you'll hear some traffic and late night fun on the road below. we brought a noise machine or used our phone app to play fan noises and had no problem sleeping through it. No issues. I recommend this place to all my friends which is rare for me.

Chambre et vue incroyable mais personnel déplorable.

La chambre et la vue étaient tout simplement magnifique, super propre et très très bien placé.

Le personnel n’était pas honnête avec nous. En effet un festival d’une semaine avait lieu avec de nombreux concerts en face de notre chambre. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, une nuit passe encore, néanmoins 4 nuits sans dormir cela devient très compliqué. En effet, nous avions l’impression d’avoir littéralement le micro des chanteurs dans notre chambre tellement la musique était forte (malgré les bull quies). Dans ce genre de circonstance il paraît évident de prévenir en amont les visiteurs, (il savait pertinemment que le festival avait lieu, de plus à notre arrivée des bull quies étaient déjà positionnés tout simplement honteux. De plus aucun service d’hôtel.

La amabilidad con la que nos trataron, que era un lugar muy cerca de todo, estaba muy lindo, limpio y ordenado. Me encantó lo moderno del check in y check out. Las recomendaciones que nos dieron para complementar nuestra estancia. Y sobre todo la flexibilidad con algunas de nuestras peticiones.

Es como un Airbnb pero con buen servicio y atención de hotel. El cuarto tiene buen gusto, cuenta con una pequeña cocina y refrigerador. La cama es súper cómoda.

Los cuartos muy bien arreglados, completos y cómodos .

La terraza muy sucia demasiadas plumas de paloma , en la azotea de alado muy sucio siento que es un problema sanitario valdría la pena quitarlo es muy bonito para tener ese problema tan cerca.

Very best location in La Paz! Right on the Malecón! Walking distance to everything!

A bit noisy at night. We didn't mind at all because the location and view make up for it all!!!

Ideal para 2 o 3 noches en la Paz por que estas Justo en el centro del malecón pero necesitarás otro

La ubicación en el malecón es más que excelente, la limpieza y confort de la habitación.

El ruido de los coches que pasan con alto volumen de música es muy alto y te puede causar problemas para dormir durante la madrugada.

Amazing location, great quality furnishings. Like a luxury resort.

Location was amazing. The room layout and finishing were emasculate. Building was extremely safe. Right across from the La Paz sign right on the Malecon with a stunning ocean view.

Everything is almost brand new and super modern and cool.

This location couldn’t be better for people who want to walk. It also has a stunning view. It makes for excellent photographs. Especially at sunset.

There is no elevator and we were on the second flore with a mobility-challenged senior. But I still did like the simplicity of it. As soon as you figure out the codes and processes, and how everything works, it’ll be very smooth sailing.

Beautiful view, terrible service.

It's a beautiful room, in a great location with an amazing view. That's it. The proposal per my understanding is to be a hotel boutique, but services are really far away from matching expectations, specially because it's a pricey place. It's nicely decorated, bed and pillows are amazingly comfortable, has a huge tv (which I didn't even turn on), a nice sized bathroom, air conditioner (which you'll def need in La Paz), and a nice balcony. It was nice also to have a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine inside the room. But the service is really far below what you would expect from a place with this price.

From the start, entrance to the building is only possible with a code, which they should have shared ahead of time, since I was constantly communicating my arrival time. Got there late at night, super tired after driving from Los Cabos, with 2 suitcases, being one really big and had to wait until someone send me the code on my phone and welcome me by the door. There's no reception, just one person who only comes around when you call on messaging app (which by the way is a gentle guy, but unable to fix your issues at least half of time), no elevator, no parking. Def not a place for people with mobility disabilities (and they should mention that on their page). House keeping doesn't replace amenities such as coffee, and not even toilet paper! Asked for help for my check-out, because of the luggage as my room was located on the 3rd floor, but I was completely ignored the night before, had to handle all by myself (a woman traveling alone), luckily I was able to with no accidents, but imagine if I had any mobility problems or if I was an old lady... By the way, it's a good location for people who wishes to party, which was not my case, because music goes loud every night until late - but at least they offer ear plugs. It was not a big issue for me, as I'm a deep sleeper, but might be disturbing for others. Other annoying things were the shower, whose jet was all scattered and made showering experience not so pleasant, and the lock on the door which was super hard to handle. It's a beautiful place with a beautiful view, but def not a 4 stars hotel, doesn't worth the price, and service must be improved ASAP.

Loved it, I would definitely stay again.

Brand new high end luxury apartments, beautifully renovated. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and walking distance from all the restaurants and bars..Fantastic view of the beach! The hose was super friendly and extremely helpful!

It did not bother me but there is a lot of loud music from the nearby bars, otherwise a fantastic place.

Excellent modern and clean room with excellent location

The room was beautiful and modern right on the Main street of town. It was very central to a lot of stores and bars which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and onsite. If I needed anything I would text and would get a response very quickly. I would highly recommend to friends and will definitely come back.

Love this place

This apart-hotel is a rare gem. Perfect location. Impeccably clean, freshly renovated, outstanding service, every detail is thought through and is both aesthetically pleasing and very functional, makes the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Designer did an absolutely amazing job.

It was so good that I did not want to go to the Malecon or anywhere else, rather staying inside or relaxing at the balcony on the lounge chair. Just kidding, everything was perfect, could not be better.

Dont get fooled by the pics. Expensive, unpractical and with loud music all night long.

The rooms are clean and well appointed, ends there.

On booking It looks like a nice hotel with a beach. The price makes it look that too, 180usd per room!!. In reality its a small building with small rooms, full of stairs, no elevator, no parking or way to even stop at the door to unload the car, across a busy street to a tiny little stretch of public sand, not a beach! Its above several clubs that play LOUD music till late in the morning. It was very very bad and expensive! I felt cheated. A lot!
