Joe is great with communicating and is helpful and responsive. Every landmark that we wanted to see was within 5 min. There are a few breakfast places that you can walk to. This was everything we wanted and needed for our St Louis visit.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. It was an easy check-in process. Great location.

This place was perfect for my family! The location was close to everything we did and we did it ALL! Nothing was more than a 15 min drive. Parking was very easy and accessible during the week. We only had an issue(and it wasn’t even a big deal) with parking on Friday night. We were still able to find a spot like 50 yards away. We tried the Epic pizza place our first night and it was so good my kids requested it again on our last night.
The place was very clean and the perfect size for my family. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. It had phone charging stands which was nice. There was also coffee pods which I very much appreciated. Joe even reached out during our week stay or make sure we had everything we needed. We also arrived about an hour early and I messaged him and he was able to fix it so we could go ahead and get in.
Overall, it was a great week and great place to stay! I would highly recommend!

Me, my husband, and our 15 and 8 year old stayed at this property. It was a perfect space for us and had everything we needed for our trip. The place was clean and close to local bars, restaurants, and major attractions. We ate at Mission Taco and had coffee at The Protagonist cafe right down the street. Highly recommend the property, and property owner.

This is a clean and convenient townhouse in a great neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The host gave recommendations for restaurants, which were both within walking distance and had excellent food. We were just 20 minutes from the downtown attractions. We are already planning to return! Great stay!

We came to St. Louis to visit Busch Stadium and this Soulard location was perfect! Loved the historic vibe of the neighborhood and the condo. Joe is a wonderful host (great communication & seamless check-in/out process) & his place was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed Bogart’s BBQ around the corner and beautiful Busch Stadium is a must see for baseball fans! We’re only sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

Clean and spacious townhome located in a historic neighborhood. This property was located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and an amazing coffee shop- The Protagonist cafe. We stayed here with our three kids and had plenty of space. The host, Joe, was very helpful with suggestions of local finds. Short drive to City museum, aquarium, and the Arch. Don’t miss the Soulard farmers market which is also a short walk from the property. Definitely will stay here again.

This property was the perfect location for our stay. Close to all the things we wanted to do with our children: the Zoo, Aquarium, Union Station and the Arch. It is within walking distance from several restaurants and we felt safe the whole time. Communication with Joe was very easy. He made sure to give us the information how to get into the property and what was expected at checkout a day ahead of time. He also checked in with us through out the stay to make sure we didn’t need anymore household items that he provides and gave us food recommendations.

We had a great stay, the property is decorated very well and modern, but all done to enhance the historical character of the building! Tons of parking as stated right in front, it was never an issue. The neighborhood has so many walkable gems. Check out Goshen Coffee!
The Host also checked in on our to ensure we had everything we needed and offered some nearby local favorites. Highly recommend!

In the heart of Soulard. This is such a charming property on a beautiful street. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay is there. Plenty of street parking. Nearby cafes, restaurants and bars/pubs provide a tremendous opportunity to sample the best of St. Louis.

The property was VERY clean and that is a oddity in property rentals.
The neighbors are a bit..loud...almost all hours of the night... there very well might be another rental next door that does not have the same quite hours rules.
Other then that the east to the Soulard events and local restaurants is very convenient.
I would use this property again

The property is well equipped with everything we needed. It has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs & a half bathroom and living room/kitchen on the main level. You have the whole place to yourself & keyless entry was convenient. The couch is VERY comfy and the Smart TV’s provided in every bedroom & livingroom was great. (You must login with personal subscription) We also enjoyed Alexa being in all throughout the house. Parking on the street is free & usually very close to the entrance. Saturday night was pretty busy and we did have to drive around for a while to wait for a spot to open up, but the neighborhood feels safe enough to have to walk a short distance at night. There is an event venue across the street that was kinda loud & you can hear the traffic, but Joe has 2 fans in the closet to drown out the noise and it worked perfectly!.. I did not hear a thing outside over the fan noise & im a light sleeper. We did not use the kitchen much, but it has everything you need & a Keurig and standard coffee maker so that was nice. (A very cute coffee shop “The Protagonist” is a 2 minute drive away that was nice too) The location is perfect & it wasnt over a 10 minute drive to anywhere that a tourist would like to visit. (Gateway Arch, Union Station, Ferris wheel, Anheuser Busch, Riverboat tours, Pappy’s smokehouse (highly recommend), Sugarfire Smokehouse, Broadway Oyster Bar (very delicious)… if you’re looking for an alternative to a hotel, this place is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable townhome in Soulard. The manager, Joe, was attentive and was in touch with us throughout our stay asking us if we needed anything. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was well stocked too with coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Our family of 4 felt safe walking to restaurants at night. Way better than staying at a hotel. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend!
