The villa, which is rented in its entirety, is equipped with all modern comforts, including Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and kitchen utensils, perfect for preparing delicious dinners with family or friends, it will allow you to prepare delicious dinners, while the dining room and large living room will offer you comfortable spaces to spend moments of relaxation.
The property is spread over three floors plus a turret which offers a 360° view of the gulf, with an internal surface area of 380 m2.
The floors are connected by a charming staircase with slate flooring and wrought iron handrails.
The sleeping area on the first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms (190x170), one of which can be divided into two single beds if desired, and 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (190x140), each with air conditioning and its own bathroom, while the fourth bedroom also double (190x160) with air conditioning and its own bathroom, is located on the second floor adjacent to a wonderful living room of over 100 m2, furnished down to the smallest detail with professional billiards.
Outside, the large garden, the terrace and a pleasant "Gazebo" will invite you to sunbathe or dine outdoors, enjoying the sea breeze and an unmissable view.
Accessed from a rear entrance with armored door, the living area houses a dining room, a large living room, the kitchen, and a bathroom. The entire living area faces a large Genoese terracotta terrace.
The refinement in the furnishings, in the choice of fabrics and colors testifies to the infinite care that has been dedicated to every detail, taking up the colors of the sea.
The parking lot is surrounded by large olive trees.
"Villa degli Ulivi" welcomes you with a large entrance gate, and can be reached via a steep climb covered in fragrant creepers.
