Newly renovated, our 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is the ideal getaway for family and friends looking to make lifelong memories. Whether you choose to spend your time exploring Orlando and the Disney parks or prefer to spend your day entertaining at home, we ensure you will have everything and more needed to have an amazing stay.
The home features a private arcade with unlimited free play! High ceilings and long hallways make for a luxurious and Floridian ambiance. The kitchen is a must-see as it can entertain and seat a large group and it comes fully stocked with any appliances you will need. Although there are multiple pool options within the resort, you can enjoy your own private, lanai-enclosed pool right in the backyard! There is plenty of space to sit back, grab a drink, and relax after a long day in the Orlando heat. The outdoor area offers a grill, outdoor dining area, pool seating and toys. At least you will know where your kids ran off to! Our Willy Wonka-themed bedroom is great for entertaining as it even features a bed with a built-in slide. The driveway can fit two cars and parking is also available on the street. The possibilities are endless in this home, and we are confident you will want to return!

Located within the 900-acre Champions Gate community, our luxury vacation resort has an 18-hole championship golf course, a fully equipped gym, a games room, and multiple sports courts. Guests access to a selection of swimming pools; perfect for kids who the waterslides and splash park. Adults can take advantage of the lazy river, or relax in peace under a private cabana. The perfect space to unwind and recharge after fun-filled days at Orland's famous parks. Guests of Championsgate Resort also have access to a movie theater, a shop, and spa. On-site, the resort has a restaurant and bar, including a poolside grill, a sports bar and a clubhouse.

POOL MAINTENANCE;
The pool, spa, and equipment are cleaned and maintained by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur as well as the need to shock a pool when the posted pool instructions that help keep the filtration systems working properly are not followed. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool contractor and ask them to attend to the issue as soon as possible.
PEST CONTROL
This home is monitored and treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, being in the sub-tropical climate of Central Florida there is still a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are very common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside a home is not indicative of an infestation.
When you arrive at the property, you should find everything you need to get your vacation started. Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional products during their vacation stay. Here are the items you will find upon arrival: Starter Roll of Toilet Paper in Each Bathroom Starter Roll of Paper Towels in the Kitchen 2 Trash Bags 1 box of Dishwasher Detergent, and Laundry Detergent 1 bar of hand soap for each sink A grill is provided, but please note that propane is guest provided.
