The beach is calling you and the public access is convieniently located right across the street from the community entrance. Which makes it a breeze to head back and forth for a day in the sun. Ready to enjoy a day on the water, the community boat dock is available for you to drop in and take advantage of the day of the private boat ramp. You have a little bit of everything from sound to sea at this gorgeous property.
Sweet Dreams: Linens (bed & bath) are included for all reservations 7 nights or longer for all standard beds; linens for futons are not included

First Floor:
Street-Side North Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; shares hall bath (tub/shower)
Street-Side South Bedroom: Twin over Double Bunk Bed; shares hall bath (tub/shower)

Master Bedroom/Loft: King Bed with two Twin Futons; TV; private bathroom (shower); access to private sun deck

Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises
The fireplace is not for use by tenants, it is for decoration only
The community beach access is located just across the street from the entrance - to the right of house #1834-B S. Shore Drive.
The community boat dock area is for loading and unloading boats only. Boats cannot be left at the dock for any length of time. Also, boat trailers must be taken back to your rental house while your boat is in the water.
Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our site for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home includes sheets and towels for all standard beds for reservations 7 nights or longer. Non-standard beds, such as futons, sleeper sofas, roll-aways are not included. Linens for shorter stays and for non-standard may be brought by the Guest or rented through Ward Realty.
