Summary:
Brand new fully furnished condo in the Forest Grove Crossing community. Located 1.5 miles from Bettplex Sports Complex, Middle Road / I-80 Exit, shopping, and restaurants. Roomy 3 bed with 2 full bathrooms and heated 2 car attached garage. Private balcony just off of the living room. 3rd bedroom has a twin bed and work area with desk and chair. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Warm up and relax next to the gas fireplace place in living room.

Our 3 bedrooms all have plenty of closet space and extra sheets as needed, especially for those longer stays. It is a roomy master suite and attached bathroom, with a spacious walk-in closet.

For beautiful weather, the back balcony/patio space is perfect to sit and relax.

Please note we hire professional cleaners between every stay, so you can be sure there will be fresh sheets and towels when you arrive.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and may come and go as they please. While there are quiet hours, there is no curfew. We use an electronic smart lock for safe and convenient contactless entry, great for checking in and out! The 2 car attached and heated garage is available for guests to use during their stay. To note, our 3-bedroom units are on the 2nd level, and entry is via a covered/enclosed stairway.

Other Things to Note:
Please respect our property as we are not geared toward parties or large groups. We have a high standard and intend to give our guests the best possible living space during their stay! We expect a high rating and will reciprocate accordingly. We pride ourselves on the quality of our units and as such ALL of our units are non-smoking, including in the garages. The location was great for our stay in the QC. Entry was easy and well communicated. The condo was vacuumed and tidy but the bathroom floors were dirty along with other areas in the place. The main bedroom fan works but clicks terribly. If you’re sensitive to fragrance, do not stay here. The amount of air fresheners and “cover up” used was horrible. The listing was also misleading. It states there are 2 twin beds, but there was only one. I am unsure how this sleeps 6 without someone sleeping on the couch. Upon our return to the Quad Cities, we will look to stay elsewhere!

Stay here for the convenience of the townhome’s location. There is a garage which is really nice for the raining days. Do not stay here if you want great communication With owners. Had to message for entry information when we arrived because nothing was sent before hand. The unit is newer but has large cracks in walls. We were never able to get the internet or television to work. Was told to connected the company myself. But since I’m not on the account or had any information on account they were unable to help rectify the problems. So if you need internet for work I would not recommend this unit. The unit was not cleaned very well so there was dog hair everywhere (this unit allows dogs). We came home one evening to water coming in through the living room light fixture. The owner was contacted and did call me to assure that someone would be over to look at it. We were also given the option of moving to a different unit. Just a tip for future guest, if you need to reset the router (the only advise I was given on a “maybe fix”) it is located in the small guest room behind the shelf with the games. We had to find it ourselves because owner did not know where it was. On more pro- the neighborhood seems safe and even had an ice cream truck that came around everyday at 4:00.

Nice 3 bedroom condo with all the amenities, we needed. Perfect location for our needs. Communication was easy. Check in was easy. I would stay there again.

The location was great only 15-20 minutes to everywhere we went in the QC. The rental is beautiful and clean. The communication with the host was disappointing…had to reach out for check-in details which was desponded to promptly. Never received details on Wi-Fi usage despite multiple attempts.
