The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double with en-suite cloakroom, a twin (zip/link) and a single, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, an EV charging point and a rear enclosed garden with patio furniture, barbecue and secure bike storage. There is CCTV covering the parking area and charger. This property does accept two well-behaved dogs but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, travel cot, highchair, stairgate, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Escape to Norfolk with a delightful stay at 8 Melinda Cottage. Note: Steep stairs throughout, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Numerous miles of beaches, nature preserves, nearby golf courses at West Runton, Cromer, and Sheringham, as well as the well-known National Trust sites at Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall are just a few of the places of interest in this region of North Norfolk that are worth visiting. East Runton is a charming village that is perfectly situated to explore this magnificent region of Norfolk.
