This well-appointed, comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home — offered by 8-year AirBnb Super Hosts — features a newly renovated kitchen and dining area. We strive to make this home feel like home away from home. The backyard and native plant garden is a lush, enclosed space for the kids to play and for the grown-ups to enjoy a beverage and a quiet meal, while the front patio is the perfect spot for coffee in the morning sun.

We are a very short drive to the beach. The Palisades village provides the complete range of dining experiences, while Erewhon's, Gelson's and Ralphs grocery stores offer a vast array of takeout from sushi to roasted chicken to pizza. Palisades Garden cafe is the go-to option for families looking for burgers, breakfast burritos and sandwiches. . The Santa Monica Mountains trailhead is a short walk from our front door. One of our favorite things to do here — and something not to be missed — is to hike the trails in the mountains above the village.
We are available to make sure our guests have their needs met, and are happy to provide information and guidance about Los Angeles in general and our neighborhood in particular. We've lived here for over twenty years, so we have quite a lot of information at our fingertips.
