Delightful inn. Very clean comfy and private. The managers are so warm, friendly and accommodating to our every need. Setting is gorgeous. The only issue is bathrooms need updating but that wasn’t that important compared to the hospitality and outstanding breakfast. Muffins were set we ever tasted

We chose the High Tide Inn for a quick getaway up the coast. It's a cozy place and the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the main building, with a view of the ocean from our window. It is an older facility and could use a bit of updating, but we understand that is in process. The bed was comfy. Breakfast on the closed-in porch overlooking the ocean was delicious, including fresh-baked muffins and popovers!

Had a wonderful stay. Mark and Trish were delightful. Very helpful giving us suggestions as the where to eat. We all gathered by the fire pit every evening and one evening we saw the northern lights. It was awesome! If we ever get back to this area, I'm sure we will stay here again

The place was very rundown. Stains on the carpet had to ask for light bulbs because two of the three lights didn’t work. The breakfast was awful $12 per person.

Had to leave two days early and return to Florida to prepare for Hurricane Helene. We enjoyed our abbreviated stay, though. Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds and water views. We hope we can get a refund for at least one of the two days we had left on our reservation.

What a delight. The property is under new management and its being improved daily! I can't wait to see what has been done for next season. The staff is goes out of their way to be helpful and kind. The grounds are beautiful, sunrise walk on the beach, fire at sunset and Mark's breakfast were all favorite parts of my stay. Beds were comfortable and the small ammenities were so appreciated.

This property was such a find for us! We loved the private beach, the evening fire pit & the delicious muffins for breakfast on the front porch. Mark & Trish were both such great inn keepers. The best part was the screen door slamming on the cabin -now that is the sound of summer by the sea! We will definitely be back again!

Hosts, Mark & Trish, were lovely and very accommodating. Any requests were answered immediately. Breakfast was exceptional! Mark is a relatively new owner of this remarkable property, so there is a lot of work to do. But our stay was peaceful and comfortable. We highly recommend and wish them the best with their venture!

We stayed one night in Camden on our way back from the Bay of Fundy. Our cottage was very quiet, and the king size bed so comfortable. How lovely the view was in the morning. Breakfast was so good and enjoyed the homemade popovers. Thank you to the staff, she was so cheerful.

Beautiful setting and lovely beach to explore. The property is older and in need of some upgrades. King Bed mattress was rather firm and stiff but the beauty of the ocean offsets many of the small details needing upgrades. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The rustic cabin was clean but the owners need to add some hooks and shelves in the bathrooms. Very limited space to put things. It would also be good to add outdoor lighting by the ice machine.

Property is outside of Camden so you need to drive onto town. Breakfast was fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, and wonderful blueberry muffins, lemon poppy muffins and popovers. Mark does a great job! Would have liked a refrigerator in the room but they said they’re working on it for the future. Would recommend.

Our stay at High Tide Inn was wonderful. The manager, Mark, was very friendly and check-in and out was effortless. The property is beautiful, with direct access to the ocean and private beach. There is a patio area with oceanviews, games to play and a wonderful fire pit where we made smores and played the large connect four. The property is convenient to the downtown area, where we had great food at a reasonable price at Camden House of Pizza. I do suggest they consider installing a pool. Nonetheless, I highly recommend High Tide Inn.

Loved the view, the private beach, various sitting areas on the property, morning muffins and popovers. The location was perfect for hiking in the state park and day trips to sights along the coast and to Acadia National Park.

The property is very quaint/old. The pictures are not exactly the way the cottage we stayed in actually looks. There are MANY repairs that need to be made to the cottage. The bathroom is ancient. I will not list all the things that need to be done... they should be obvious. The closet was nice, but there was only one coat hander and no place to open our luggage except on the floor. Luggage stands would be helpful. The walkway/trail to the cottage needs to be defined with crushed stone or stone pads. The bed and linen were very nice, comfortable and crisp. For the size of our cottage and lack of amenities, the rate was quite high. I understand it was summer season, but it was still over-priced.

This property has been recently purchased and under new management the new owners are lovely. The breakfast was inexpensive and so delicious (popovers and homemade muffins and fresh fruit!) and the view from the dining room is gorgeous. Our room was in the motel-style building and not one of the cottages so I can only speak to that--it was pretty basic but fine for our one night stay. Clean and comfortable. The wide grassy hill and the cobble beach were lovely places to sit and I wish we'd had time to have a little fire at the outdoor firepit.

If I had more time I would have stayed longer. The people were so friendly. My room was awesome. Weather wasnt the best but I did walk down to their beach. If you get a chance I would definitely stay. If I am back on the area i would stay again!

The property has great ocean views with a private beach. The grounds include out door ocean view patio with fire pits. The owners are in process of upgrading the buildings & rooms. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast includes freshly made pop overs , muffins, hard boiled eggs, fruit, coffee tea and juice. We highly enjoyed our stay.

High Tide Inn is a cute and quaint place to stay on the ocean, with a private (rocky) beach, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Camden. The Innkeeper was a friendly and welcoming. The room was large and fairly comfortable with a comfortable king sized bed and a small bathroom. The wifi worked.The walls are thin, so you can hear the guests nextdoor. Would I stay again? Yes.

The home-iness of the High Tide Inn was fantastic. Their inn is very old school and cozy and the managers Mark and Trish were so helpful, always present - and Mark will make a spectacular morning breakfast. Their private beach was nice to walk on and the space offers lots of options of room types. Loved our stay there and would most definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.
