Sehr gute Lage und kurzer Weg in die Altstadt von Kotor.

Die Beschreibung/ Ausstattung der Küche entspricht nicht ganz den Angaben .

If the air conditioning was working it would have been an amazing stay.

Perfectly located. Clean property. Easy check-in. Good wifi. Amazing view. Convenient parking.

The air conditioning stopped working within an hour of check in. There was massive miscommunication regarding this issue and it was not sorted during our stay so we had to leave the next morning. Our first day at the property was very difficult without air conditioning. The miscommunication occurred because the person messaging us on the app and the people dealing with us face to face are not the same - so bear this in mind. It’s best to contact them via messages so everything can be sorted.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

+ Tolle geräumige Wohnung + Hervorragende Lage, direkt am Strand, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum in Kotor entfernt. Supermarkt ebenfalls in direkter Nähe. + Schöner Blick auf den Strand vom Balkon aus + Sehr netter Gastgeber, der einen persönlich empfangen hat und für Fragen persönlich zur Verfügung stand + Viele (Ersatz-)Handtücher in der Wohnung

- Der Boden war teilweise nicht ganz sauber - Nur zur Info: Man konnte nur in bar zahlen (steht aber auch in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung, dies haben wir im Vorfeld nicht gelesen). Geldautomaten gibt es in der Stadt aber genügend (Geldabhebung gegen Gebühr).

Sehr schönes Appartment, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet, nette Gastgeber. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, diverse Gastronomie und die Altstadt sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Straße zwischen Haus und Strand ist zwar schmal, aber viel befahren

Would not hesitate to book again despite the basic kitchen supplies.

Great location with a magnificent view of the sea from a spacious balcony. Close to walk to Kotor old town in the evening. Supermarkets close and a bakery at the end of the driveway.

Kitchen was not well equipped. Could not use dishwasher as not enough dishes provided for more than one meal/drink. Could really do with extra crockery, cutlery and a means to make a decent cup of coffee. I understand they have had broken coffee machines however a caffè tier would be fine

Gorgeous Place!

Amazing place to stay! Had a wonderful time here, views of the bay are breathtaking. We stayed 3 nights at this place and our host and his family were amazing and very helpful. This pplace is near to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, centre of Kotor is just a short walk from the apartment. The host and his family live in the same building and they attended to all our needs and were very helpful and generous. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

New, modern and silent rooms.

New and clean. very silent rooms. Close to the old city. Good service. We asked for new pillows and blankets and got it immediately. friendly staff.

You have to pay cash and give away your passport for a while. Mattresses are too hard. it gets cold at night without blankets. make sure to book room with veranda towards beach. Ours were on the sides and not useful.

We used kotor as a base and travelled to Perast, Budva, Sveti Stefan, Tivat, everything is close!

Fantastic position, close to everything but far enough away not to be right in the crowded tourist area. Across the road from a local beach.

Nothing, it was new inside, clean, had everything you could need, we stayed 5 days.

Superb

Very well located in front of the bay and a few steps from the old town. The apartment is spacious. The owner is nice and helpful. He was kind enough to give me an umbrella while leaving as it was raining. He even offered to give me a ride.

The bathroom window needs blinds. The stairs need rails.

Premium location in Kotor.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Right in front of the beach and an easy walk into the old Town. The owners daughter was very helpfull and resolved a few issues that we had. I needed an extra pillow and there was no frying pan. She resolved these for me very quickly. She also made some very good suggestions of places to visit in and around Kotor.

The mattress on the bed was very hard. So hard that I could not sleep the first night. The kitchen is very basic with no working space. The kitchen area is very small. It is more for display than use. Unfortunately, our apartment was to the side of the building. No real view, just a view of the apartment oposit with a person sitting on their balcony smoking all the time. There was no privacy unless you kept the curtains closed.
