Bad experience

Experience 2, second reservation. Same situation. Too many cons. The room was super small and during the night I found a big cockroach on the desk, it was disgusting. And the worst thing is that I informed the staff and just the guard in the entrance during the night helped me. The people in the reception absolutely didn't care of the situation, they asked me to pay more if I wanted to change room, they even didn't say "I'm sorry for the situation", nothing. No words... It was the first time after 15 years of trips that I found a situation like this. A part of the staff is nice, another part of the staff is in the wrong place and doing the wrong job. A suggestion: if you want to work in this business change approach and increase (a lot) the cleaning of your rooms.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour la journée de transfert

La Clim peut bruyante, un bon accueil L’emplacement dans les hauteurs de puerto princess au calme.

L’humidité dans la salle de bain, ainsi que le cafard vue. Puerto princess une ville seulement de passage.

Très moyen et très petite chambre

La gentillesse du personnel (personne de la sécurité et dame à l’accueil)

La chambre classique était juste minuscule : si vous avez une valise, vous ne pourrez pas l’ouvrir dans la chambre, vous devrez ouvrir la porte pour déballer vos affaires La propreté était moyenne L’hôtel est beaucoup trop bruyant, une personne est rentrée un soir en hurlant et nous a insultés sans que ce soit entendu par là sécurité

Fijn verblijf!

Erg goede personeel. Kregen veel tips wat we allemaal konden doen! Superleuk. Ontbijt was niet bijzonder maar gewoon prima. Airco deed het goed, super fijn.

Lag erg ver af van het centrum. Dus wel genoodzaakt om een scooter te huren. Gelukkig verhuurde ze die bij het hotel dus top!

Für einen Kurztrip in Orndung

Preis Leistung war top, das Bett war super und ich hab wirklich sehr gut geschlafen. Ich hab die Underground Water Tour direkt übers Hotel gebucht und wurde auch abgeholt, war super

Ich hab mir ein Fahrrad für 2 Stunden geliehen, und im Nachhinein wurde mir gesagt, dass ich 700 Pesos für dieses bezahlen muss, der selbe Betrag wie für ein Motorrad, was ich wirklich nicht in Ordnung finde, da geht’s auch eher ums Prinzip, dass man das im Vorhinein auch sagen kann. Etwas weiter weg vom Flughafen, mit dem Tuktuk 300 Pesos.

Muy buen servicio

El personal es muy amable. Fue el primer hotel en el que estuve al llegar a Puerto Princesa y repetí unos días más tarde. El dueño y su familia siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte y ofrecen los diferentes tours por la isla. Muy recomendado también por la ubicación, ya que puedes acceder a los diferentes lugares turísticos con facilidad.

Beautiful little hotel building with natural features.

Such a nice place to stay on the way to North Palawan, the staff were incredibly nice and the rooms were very nice for one person.

Nothing, it was all a positive experience for me.

My breakfast food is good and wonderful.

The water heater work so fine. The security guy who worked on February 6 ( 9:30 am )is polite and friendly. I love the waterfalls and the golden fishes in the pond.

It’s the location. From the city center it will take about 45 mins to reach the hotel. Too many motorcycles and the traffic enforcers contribute to the never ending delay.

Na jednu noc dobré

Jako ubytování na 1 noc dostačující. Voda a káva na pokoji zdarma. Zajímavě řešený hotelový interiér plný zeleně a vodních prvků. Ochotný recepční nám pomohl s objednávkou jídla z rozvozu. Fén na pokoji.

Koupelna je ve velmi špatném stavu. Sprcha nedržela na stěně, při sprchování byla voda úplně všude a nebylo jí čím odstranit. V koupelně nebylo kam odložit věci, aby se nenamočily. Škoda, že nešlo otevřít okno ve sprše. Velmi nekvalitní pružinová matrace. Postel při sebemenším pohybu připomínala trampolínu. Okolí hotelu o ničem.

맛과 친절

찹수이와 조식 채소 볶음 모두 맛있었다. 팔라완 쌀밥이 특히 맛있다. 친절하고, 주변 여행 문의에 적극적으로 도와주어 많은 도움이 됐다. 터미널, 베이커스힐등 주요지역과 가깝다. 인근에 로컬 상권이 있어 이용하기 편하다.

9호실에 묵었는데 화장실에서 이상한 냄새가 계속 나서 환풍기 틀고 문 닫고 자니 좀 괜찮았다. 헤어 드라이어를 꽂을 콘센트 위치가 애매하다.

It has been our 2. stay already so We can only recommend this family hotel.

- very friendly, helpful staff & owners (help to organize many trips) - location (only locals, out of the direct tourist zone),very homey - tasty food in the restaurant

-ants passing through our room, we can’t leave any food open on the table - the owner helped us to organize transportation in El Nido to Nacpan beach and back but at the end it cause more hassle and stress then benefits for us and we overpaid it ☹️ - lack of space in the room

Beautiful place

Only stayed one night before heading to El Nido. We booked the van at the reception.We liked the location, in a more local neighborhood away from the airport and center. Very aesthetic place. The hot shower was just what we needed!

Lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind and accomodating. They didn't hesitate to untangle issues we had in our prior tour bookings with other agencies. The rooms were clean and spacious along with a picturesque lobby to unwind. Beds were by far the most comfiest ones in our whole trip.

Very relaxed.

Brian and Pearl are wonderful hosts , small boutique style hotel with friendly vibe. Staff is top notch. We loved it!

It is away from city center but that is a plus for me.

Exceptional

Super friendly staff and the nicest room we stayed at in Puerto Princessa.

It's a little out of the way so I recommend having a motorbike if you're going to stay there. But the upside of that is that it's super quiet at night.
