A very happy stay. Recommended.
A good location. Much enjoyed the swimming pool. Delicious breakfasts.
The wifi didn't work in the room itself, but only outside it.

Very quiet and secluded location in country. Owner has taken a lot of pride in it and it shows. nice breakfast as well.

nice owners & a clean room but far from town
spacious room but not one pictured in listing very clean pool looked nice but no chance to use it because of storm
power went out after storm, but owner gave us a candle & a free breakfast very far from town

Breakfast was amazing, nice swimming pool, good location for visiting the Umbrian towns, modern clean family room, good bathroom with excellent shower, very friendly host who was well organised
The roads leading to the property were a bit tricky with a low car

nice one night stop
the great breakfast was typical Italian: pastry, brioches, bread and confiture. on request coffee, tea, or cappuccino. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. Location is in the country side: beautiful and no noice at all. Barhroom with bidet and spacious shower.
Not so many electrical outlets. Mist in the morning. The address is correct but if you type on the map in booking app it's wrong. Use google maps and type in the address manually.

A lovely restful retreat
Beautiful setting and lovely view of Spello & the mountains. Probably better if you have car as it’s surrounded by countryside. Lovely kind host & homemade cake with breakfast. Room spotlessly clean & a very comfy bed. I would definitely stay again. Lovely olive trees in garden
Would have been good to pay with a card but there is an ATM a short drive away
