Perfection!

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enchanted by its beauty. The room was not just comfortable but absolutely fantastic, offering a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The location couldn't have been better, with the old city and all its treasures within easy walking distance. What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. Çağkan and the team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

We enjoyed the 4 Mansions as a base to explore the city

Amazing Turkish hospitality

Room was amazing, and we were upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Every day it was cleaned spotless and all the amenities were refilled. Breakfast was good and had a variety of traditional flavours. You could buy speciality juices and eggs in case you wanted and the staff did their best to accommodate all requests. Arrival was very welcoming with a tea at reception. All the staff was very friendly and available for all requests.

The hotel is a 1-hour drive from Goreme and all of the well known Cappodocia attractions. We had a car so we didn’t mind as the roads are very good, but something worth considering if you book the 5AM balloon ride!

Ideal quiet, friendly place

All staff, including the Manager, Eda at the reception and Esra in the kitchen, were always available and has a very friendly manner. The dinner was delicious and the complementary teas, cookies in the room were a nice gesture. Ideal location: in a newly renovated historical building, right at the edge of the old town but in a quiet surrounding! We stayed in a room decorated in traditional, wood style - lovely and well-equipped. Strongly recommended.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel mit Super Architektur

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Tolle Architektur. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurden alle Wünsche berücksichtigt. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist sehr Zentral. Man kommt innerhalb von kurze Zeit überall hin. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Küchenpersonal ist bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Voor herhaling

Het hotel bestaat uit 3 mooie gebouwen, de kamer was ruim, proper met een grote badkamer en een fantastisch bed. Er was een welkomstdrankje en er stond een fruitbordje op de kamer. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam en doet erg zijn best om je in het Engels te woord te staan. Alle ruimtes in het hotel zijn prachtig ingericht.

Het ontbijt was naar onze smaak iets minder.

Es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy lindo estilo y decoración. La ubicación es buena, se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. El desayuno esta bien, con buenas opciones. El personal muy atento. La habitación muy linda, limpia y equipada. Cuando llegamos nos dieron un plato con frutas junto a una nota de bienvenida, nos gustó mucho el gesto.

sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Für jeden, der nach Kayseri kommt, können wir dieses sehr schöne Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Perfekt gelegen südlich ganz nahe der Altstadt, war es ein luxusiörer Ruhepol in einer sehr schönen Gegend. 2 Nächte hatten wir und können daher mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass Hotel, Unterkunft und Service perfekt waren. Die sehr schöne Ausstattung, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren hervorragend. Wer weiter nach Kappadokien z.B. nach Göreme oder Ürgüp reisen möchte, empfehlen wir dieses Hotel als sehr guten Auftakt. Kayseri ist auch eine sehr interessante Stadt, die kulturell einiges zu bieten hat. Wer fragt, wird auch zu einem guten Tarif zum Flugplatz oder zum Busbahnhof gebracht. Alle waren stets sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Mal wieder dort übernachten.

Hotel und Personal verdienen in der Bewertung absolut eine 10, auch wenn es einen klitzekleinen Makel beim Frühstück gibt. Das Angebot war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, jedoch hätten wir uns sehr gefreut, wenn es frisches Brot gegeben hätte, das nicht eingepackt ist. Ansonsten haben wir jedoch zweimal gut gefrühstückt.

Établissement propre, bien équipé, équipement présent et conforme dans la chambre. Très bel hôtel avec une façade et un intérieur très beau. Très bien placé vis à vis de l’aéroport, avec navette sur place pour les transferts. Bien situé dans la ville. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Exceptional

The entire building is newly renovated with new furniture and equipment. Stuff was very helpful. He helped us with our suitcases upstairs. They spoke English well, which is not common in Turkey. The breakfast was excellent and very varied with traditional Turkish delicacies. The hotel was practically in the center and all the main sights of Kayseri could be reached on foot from the hotel. We parked in the indoor parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Beautiful stay in Kayseri in a foot of Mount Erciyes and close beautiful Cappadocia.

I world give 12 point rate to the Four Mansions Hotel for the hotel but unfortunately booking.com allows only 10. Hotel is beautiful, calm and quiet. It’s located in enclave of the oldest part of Kayseri. Stone walls, roads and floors makes the place unique as if taken out from several centuries ago. Few steps away we have nice restaurants 40 Kapi, The Hunger or Alamet-i-Farika. Room we lived is functional, beds are extremely comfotable, we’ve got hot tub and bathroom with shower. Everything was clean and tidy towers and bed linen were succesively replaced and the fridge was supplied with mini-bar. Personel extremly nice and helpful including Rana who constantly helped us with our requests and questions, organized to us a beautiful trip to Cappadocia. Big thank you for entire personnel, shuttle drivers and kitchen/room service. Breakfast were delicious and varied. When some day come back to Kayseri I choose only Four Mansions Hotel.

Superb

this place is amazing. it is a new boutique motel in kayseri and reminded me a bit of Cappadocia. little but wonderfull :) the staff was very helpfull and nice and also we got an upgrade on the room ;)) We'll definetly come back

Exceptional

I like the manging there was very welcoming ..the manger gave us all the options n showed us all the models of rooms n she is giving us upgrade for our room which was very comfy n luxury there is bathtop in bed room , the decroin was very antique, we have a such great time my hasbend n I ,n in the morning we had the breakfast was delicious , our taxi was ready on time,, they managed very well even in chick out time they was very helpful n very quick...thank you soo much I really highly recommended this wonderful place..😍❤️

It was a bit smelly but she told us it's a new place a new parquet becuse of that ..
