An excellent value. We stayed in one unit 2 nights but then needed a room for one more night. The second room had a wrinkle in the carpet. Also the maid on our floor dumped the trash and recycling into the same bag. I alerted the front desk and was told that more training was needed. So environmentally that was a slight issue.

I can't give a star because i wasn't allowed to stay in this hotel after i booked because I'm shy of 21 yrs old, so i didn't have the good experience that I'm hoping for. It's my mistake not to check the minimum age to check in as i have no problem before. All the hotels that i booked prior were all 18 years old to check in. Since it's a bit late and frustrating to look for another hotel, we ended up sleeping in my car, which is very scary. We came to the US to attend an event, but it turned out not a good experience.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We had a family suite which was great - it came with a full kitchen and dinette table. This was helpful when the hotel breakfast area was crowded and we could bring breakfast up to our room. The room was spacious and clean. You have to request housekeeping, and the one day we requested they did not come. However, they did show up the next day. Yhe complimentary breakfast is excellent and there are lots of options. The location is great; very quiet and convenient.

Staff was very friendly, location was excellent, but the comfort was not. Probably the worst sheets and flat pillows I slept on. I would think they’d spend a little more on linens for a comfortable night sleep. They were substandard, poor quality sheets.

We were greeted by hotel staff at check in. My only issues with the hotel room was the AC did not want to run at night so our room was 71 degrees. And we booked a room with a jacuzzi tub but the jets werent working

We enjoyed the size of the room, shower is good, the front desk staffs are very friendly, the breakfast are good hence it’s free. I was a bit surprised that you have to request for room cleaning, even simply as picking out the trash. I think that’s because they are really short handed. I requested to have the room cleaned, but the request was either missed or never put in. When I tried to asked the cleaning lady, got no luck. We both can’t understand each other. However by late, the room did got clean up a bit. Secondly that got this experience not as good is the smell, some customers smoke even outside but the smell was so strong, that give you headaches instantly and stays in the elevator for a long time. Overall, I think it’s a good hotel, good location, good size if room.

I do not typically write reviews but this place needs to be inspected. Check in went smoothly. Went to the elevator to go up to our room and noticed the smell of urine. Then when we got to our room as soon as you opened the door the room smelt of cat urine and there was a large wet spot on the floor. We went back down to the front desk and explained that our room is unacceptable. They put us in a temp room for the night and said it check after noon the next day for a new room. There was a lot of miscommunication between the night and day shift workers. We finally got into our 3rd room for the rest of our 4 night stay. That room was better but still had stains, a odd odor and the bathroom wasnt very clean. They informed us they would give us a credit due to the inconvenience. Just got my invoice and was charged full price. The hotel is very disgusting and we will not be staying there again.

We had an inconvenience upon our arrival because they gave us another type of room than the one we had reserved. The lady at the reception was too rude and she left us waiting for 2 hrs upon our arrival without even looking at us! We were tired and with our children and they were crying because she told us that if we didn't agree that we should go to another hotel and we just wanted to know why they were giving us a lower category room. We spoke to the manager and they gave us the room we requested until the next day, but every day she was on duty and we asked for something, she did not provide it due to the incident and it was very unpleasant to have to need something and for her to be there! Otherwise the hotel is very nice and comfortable, it did everything except that! There is no reason to treat guests badly who are paying for a service and deserve kind and respectful treatment.

Room was very spacious as I had the largest suite with 2 bathrooms. Couple of minor problems; had to change rooms as the door would not lock and one of the staff at the front desk late at night had an attitude problem. Very convenient to highway and bus into Seattle

Check in was terrible. The place was understaffed and a large group of us waited more than 45 minutes for the clerk to appear. However, I always appreciate the the cleanliness of the hotel and the covered parking. Breakfast is great.

Eastgate was very good. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. A full buffet breakfast was included and it was better than expected. I do want to mention Kristin in the breakfast area. She worked her tush off making sure that all areas had food and drink. Constantly coming and going refilling the containers. Kudos to her! She deserves a raise in my opinion. And thanks to the people preparing all the food, I know they were hard at work too. All in all it was a lovely stay and i woukd definitely go back.

Got to hotel, they cancelled my reservation without notice. Said they oversold by one room and sorry. Nothing in return, no help getting other accommodations. Had to call other hotels from the parking lot. No rooms within twenty miles available. Ended up paying more just to have a place to sleep twenty-two miles to the south.
