Outdoor Area
The outdoor decked alfresco area includes a table setting for 8 people, gas BBQ. There is an enclosed garden area with grass perfect for children.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, freezer and fridge, plenty of utensils, crockery, cookware, glasses, pots & pans and serving dishes. There’s also plenty of shelving to store your own ingredients and supplies.
Living / Dining
Comfortable lounge area with smart TV and beautiful double-sided fireplace so you can enjoy whilst sitting around the dining table too.
Bedroom 1- Upstairs
King Bed, TV, huge walk-in robe with plenty of shelving and hanging space, leading through to the en-suite. Reverse cycle aircon for your comfort in all seasons.
Bedroom 2
Queen Bed, robe with hanging space & shelving. This bedroom also has its own private en-suite.

The main bathroom is shared between bedrooms 3 and 4 and features a shower, bath, & vanity. A hairdryer is also provided.

There’s a separate toilet next to the laundry.

The laundry includes a washing machine and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There’s a dryer in the garage.
Private Garage
Please note the garage door opens outwards and not upwards. Please ensure the cars on the driveway are not parked too close to the door.
Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
