Tucked into the northwest side of Cayuga Lake, you'll feel “Cozy on Cayuga” the minute you step into this beautiful lake home. Recently remodeled from top to bottom, this three bedroom, two bath home will charm your cares away and offer a space for your family and friends to create lasting Finger Lakes memories.

Inside, the kitchen shares an open floor plan with the dining and living area. A sliding screen door faces the lake and windows line the room; creating a bright and airy feel. Calming shades of grey and neutral tones accent the décor.

Whip up a homestyle cooked meal in the open corner kitchen. White cabinetry stocked with ample cooking and dining ware are accompanied by granite countertops and plenty of space to make meal prep easy.

An island bar allows for casual dining, and a farmhouse table large enough to fit your whole group is just to the side. Whether you're enjoying a casual meal, or family style, sit down dining; there's plenty of space for your group to enjoy mealtime together.

The living area hosts comfortable seating and the same unforgettable lake views the kitchen and dining area share. Whether it's raining or the sun is shining; there's no bad day at the lake! Outside, the lakefront balcony is the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets.

Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms can be found. The first offers a king size bed and lake views. The second, offers a queen size bed and garden views. Completing the third floor of this cozy home is a full bath with shower/tub combo.

A narrow stairwell takes you downstairs to the ground level where you'll find the third and final bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Here, you'll find a king bed and walkout to the lake level patio and lakefront area, complete with a six-person hot tub.

Outside, a small grassy yard area is nice for playing with the kids, or sunbathing the day away. Or, bring your fishing pole and fish off the seasonal dock. At night, put some wood in the firepit and see who can roast the perfectly golden-brown marshmallow.

Cozy on Cayuga is ideally located for ample Finger Lakes fun! Whether you're attending a graduation at the Chiropractic College, wine tasting the days away on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, hopping about the Finger Lakes Cheese Trail, or you're here to shop until you drop at Waterloo Premium Outlets; there's something for everyone! A quick trip into the town of Seneca Falls will have you enjoying a walk on Fall Street and tasting local cuisine or watching the boats pass by on the canal. Or, travel south toward Ithaca for the day and enjoy hiking Taughannock Falls! Taughannock is a kid friendly hike and offers one of the most beautiful waterfalls New York has to offer. The accommodations were very pleasing, everything was in place and suitable for our comfortable, quiet, clean stay. My entire family which included my wife, son, daughter in law and their 15 month old, along with my nephew, had a very good time, due in part to our wonderful accommodations at “ Cozy on the Cayuga. Our stay at “Cozy on the Cayuga” will be fondly remembered for years to come.

The house was lovely. It was perfect for 6 guests - we had 2 people drop out last minute but if they came I think it would’ve felt a little congested because we would’ve had to use the sofa bed in the living room. The views were beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice! The inside was clean and just as pictured. The outside was a little dirty though. Lots of bugs and spiderwebs. Beware of steep steps! We would definitely come back!

Very clean, well appointed decor and everything we needed for a great stay. Jacuzzi on the back porch was fantastic. Six adults stayed comfortably. Lake view stunning

Very nice house, steep stairs going down to lower bedroom, minor maintenance needed screws loose and trim on basement staircase loose. If you are planning on cooking you will need to bring all spices, aluminum foil. Coffee pot there but bring coffee. Bring extra towels, they do provide towels but kind of small.

A group of women, in their early 30s, got to enjoy a beautiful view in a quaint cottage! It was warm, homey, and inviting. Quick commute to neighboring downs and quick into Seneca Falls. Property was clean, hot tube was easy to use, and rooms were the perfect size. We arrived an hour early, from out of state, and the house was cleaned and ready. They even, so kindly, let us in early! Highly recommend for the water view alone, the rest is a bonus!

We take a road trip annually and this year settled on the Seneca and Cayuga Lake areas. We decided to find a home base and venture out from there each day. This was a great place to stay on the water with great views. The water was a little weedy so we didn’t swim but may have ventured off the end of the dock if we really wanted to. The hot tub was a nice feature and we used it the one evening it wasn’t raining. A couple “disappointments” for lack of a better word, was the steeper stairs inside the home to the second level and steep and narrow stairs to the basement level and there was no bathroom on the main living floor which wasn’t the end of the world but a little challenging as we had a few people in our group with knee issues. Overall a pleasant and clean place to stay. Would recommend for a small group.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you could ever need for any length of stay. The beds are very comfortable. It definitely feels like home. The hot tub was a perfect way to end a fun day on the lake. You wont be disappointed!!!
