Overall a wonderful property! You can tell that no expense was spared in renovating! Common areas are perfect for familiea. Beds were great. Showers are a little small but water pressure is spectacular. Host was extremely responsive and kind!

First of all we loved the location. The complex is a quick ride to Flagger and the popular public beach but far enough away that we felt like we had our own private oasis. The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The updated decor was stunning. The kitchen was spectacular. As an Interior Designer I wouldn’t change a thing.The 3 bedrooms accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The unit also had everything we needed including beach chairs towels and even a tent . We enjoyed sitting on the patio at the end of the day and watching the sunset . We chose NSB to celebrate our Son’s Graduation from University of Central Florida. We definitely made memories that will last a life time . We sure do appreciate the incredible hosts for sharing thisl fabulous property ❤️

Couldn't ask for more! Everything was provided, except the drinks!! We loved our little respite from Orlando. There was even accommodations for little ones, if you need that. Beautiful condo, beautiful setting.

Really enjoyed our short stay - the location is about 4 miles from Flagler Avenue, but was perfect for us as it was very quiet, private, and cozy. Very quick drive up to main drag. The property manager responded very fast to my questions and check in was seamless. Love the proximity to the beach, the quiet pool area, and being ground floor (especially with young child). The space itself was perfect for us five adults and child - the included crib was a life saver! Thanks again!

Sean & Rachel are incredible hosts! They were awesome at answering all of our questions every step of the way : ) This really is a great place… completely renovated, clean, quiet, lots of amenities, & just a short Uber ride if you want to go out on Flagler Ave at night & have some cocktails. We will definitely be back!!

Nice property - we needed overflow space for a family holiday visit and this fit the bill. Didn't spent too much time in the unit (over at our family's house) but this unit looked recently decorated and was very clean. Convenient beach location.

It was amazing. Everything you would ever need for the beach is there. We went over Thanksgiving, so it was a bit cool and overcast, but we had a great time anyway. The pool was heated, which made it easy to enjoy. I would highly recommend this rental!!!

Our group included two adults, our three young adult/teen kids, and two of their friends. The property owner was very responsive when I emailed/called with questions. The place was as pictured, kitchen well supplied, everything very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, great back porch with lots of seating, and easy check in. It is a short walk past the pool to the beach. We woke up for sunrise walks on the beach, boogie boarded, played football and spikeball on the beach, and just relaxed. Would recommend and would definitely go again!

This was the most at home we've ever felt at a rental property. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Location is perfect. We appreciated having such a beautiful, private beach area to enjoy without the crowds. With both the pool and beach just steps from the back patio, the kids and adults were entertained all weekend! My questions prior to check in were met with prompt and friendly replies. I will 100% rent this property again!

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed for our Staff Retreat! Every detail has been accounted for in this beautiful condo. A full and stocked kitchen, water in the refrigerator, beach towels, chairs, and even a huge ten if you need one! Even a sweet crib for a baby if needed. We will be going back next year and every year for our retreat!

Weather was hot but the place was coooooool. Everything we needed and more! Great host. Great beach access. Great pool. All the beach accessories you need for 4-5 people. All the kitchen tools you need for cooking almost anything. Buy charcoal if you want to use the grills at the pool. Thanks for hosting us!

This property has everything you would need, just bring some clothes and a swimsuit. I am super OCD with cleanliness and I loved that everything was very clean. (I normally bring cleaning supplies with me just to give an idea of my OCD) Everything is close by from the beach to the grocery store. If we had issues communication was very easy with a quick response time. Highly recommend!

My parents, husband and 2 adult kids stayed here and we loved it! The unit was easy to access and steps away from pool and beach! Little extras like water bottles, beach chairs, and beach towels made this place even more special. The patio is spacious, we had 9 people out there one evening and was comfortable! We stayed at this beautiful home for a memorable week of family time. First and foremost, the communication with the owners was by far the best. Sean provided us his cellphone number with any questions we had, always readily available to make our stay welcoming. As you walk into the home, the kitchen is at the heart of it, a gourmet kitchen with huge island that serves as the family table and gathering point. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were so comfortable that you almost don't want to get out of bed and enjoy the view. The house is fully stocked with every amenity you can imagine, down to all the toiletries for everyone staying for a week. Off of the living room is the fully furnished patio that sits on the lush green lawn (Yes, the best of both worlds, with the pool and ocean just steps away). On the patio there is a trunk filled with all the toys you will need for your beach day. The owners provide a large popup tent and beach chairs too. From the patio, is the huge pool with plenty of tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs lining the deck. Beside the pool is the walk way to the beach. The ramp to the beach is well maintained and super nice. The best part about the location of this beautiful home is the private beach. This home has it all; just bring a smile and enjoy making the memories. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

We had a great weekend at the condo with our children to kick off the summer fun! It had everything we needed and more. It’s beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked with kitchen, shower and beach necessities. My favorite thing was the close and easy access to the gorgeous private beach. The pool and property are clean and well kept. We will absolutely be back again to this lovely place.
