Relax with the family at this peaceful downtown Roswell home. Minutes away from several shops and restaurants. This home has beautiful and spacious rooms, with a sleeping capacity for up to 6 people. Amenities in the home include a fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, laundry room, video games and more. The backyard has a beautiful deck and shaded area to enjoy a relaxing evening. Roswell amenities include a National Recreation area, Riverwalk on the Chattahoochee River, and Championship Golf.
No smoking of any kind is permitted. Smoking, whether cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana is absorbed into the carpets, drapes, bedding, etc. If smoking has occurred within the property, a charge of $500 will be assessed to restore the property to its original standard. Action will also be taken to prevent future use of the property.

The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations.

No events, parties, or large gatherings. If it is reported and confirmed that a party was held, you will be notified to depart the property as soon as possible which will result in a $500 fine.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.

Usage of the grill is complimentary; however, you are required to clean it before leaving. If it is left dirty, a $50 charge will apply.

Please use coasters on the coffee tables and in the sunroom.

Please report any damages that occur to the Guest Contact immediately.

To complete your reservation, a valid form of identification is required (drivers license, passport). The person completing the reservation is the primary resident and responsible person during their stay.

Home was clean and well equipped. Very close to restaurants and town! The drive to the amphitheater was easy to make. I couldn’t the code to work upon arriving to the home but the manager quickly fixed our issue! I also emailed a suggestion before leaving the home and she assured me she would make that change as well. I couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely stay again if we’re in town!

For us this was the perfect location for our business meetings. Close to downtown Roswell restaurants. Easy travel from Charlotte and ATL Airport. Very clean and very nicely furnished. Beds were incredibly comfortable...kitchen was fully equipped...large screen tvs were excellent.

The bride to be stayed the night before the wedding with a few bridesmaids. They used the space to get ready together the morning of the big day. It worked perfectly and was just the right amount of space for everyone to be together but spread out as needed

The house met our needs perfectly. You might want to review the website description to be sure it matches the accommodation. For example, I thought that there were 3 queen beds and only one bedroom had a queen. The instructions at the house said no pets but the website said pet friendly. I thought the email process was somewhat confusing but it’s probably because I’m not computer savvy. Maybe someone could test it with older adults who may need a little hand holding. I had a bit of difficulty with the lock but Tiana was very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much!

We came for a wedding and the location was great! 3 minutes away from the venue so worked out well. The place met all our needs - our 4 year old loved the ball pit. Communication with the management was easy every step of the way.

Very convenient location with plenty of space! Only minor complaint, we could not get the HVAC system to balance throughout the house. The bedrooms stayed very hot while living areas were cool.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. I don’t often do reviews but felt I needed to for this rental home. We found framed instructions two pages long in almost every room in the house, two sets in the sunken living room. “If you break anything it’s a $500 charge” was the one that stood out…mainly because there were decorative trunks and vases and bowls with fake fruit and glass balls all over the place. Every corner of the home had some random tchotchke in it. We literally had no place to put our dock kit and tooth brushes in the bathroom - which also didn’t have any soap. The kitchen table and dining table were set with plates and mats as if it was being staged to sell rather than ready for guests to stay there. On top of that each door when opened or closed triggered a doorbell that rang throughout the home. When you’re trying to get your laundry out of the dryer in the garage after your kids went to bed that doorbell noise really gets on your nerves. Overall our family just didn’t feel like we were wanted and welcomed in the home despite the fact that the host was very accommodating helping get the internet fixed while we were there and offering to have a new tv hung that wasn’t working. I know everyone’s style is different and maybe some people will love all the trunks and vases and bowls with fake fruit and glass decorative balls but all those items when linked to the instructions framed in every room did not make us feel welcomed.

The home, location & communication was perfect. No big problems for our family at all 🙂🙂🙂 We rented so we could basically get ready for daughter’s wedding in Roswell. There was an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, but the team made efforts to get it working again. They did forget that we requested late checkout and the cleaners arrived too early, but honestly, that was fine.

The home was clean and looked just as it looks in the photo. My only disappointment was that it was not within walking distance to Canton St. for us nearly 70 year olds as I was led to believe. Other than that I would definitely rent again.

We were in town for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre and stayed the night here. The house was clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and comfortable beds. Conveniently located near shops and great restaurants. The property manager responded quickly and efficiently to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient location to shops and restaurants in Roswell. House was very cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again. Owner was excellent to work with and responsive. Next baseball trip to Lakepoint and East Cobb we will use this property again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I booked this VRBO for the night before my wedding for me and my bridesmaids to stay in. I was ON THE WAY to my rehearsal dinner at 4:00 when check in was and they CANCELLED it DAY OF. Tried to tell me the payment never went though when I have a screen shot of my bank account of it taken out of my account AND had multiple confirmation/detail emails. I sent serval communications to the owner of the place and heard NOTHING back. Me and my 9 bridesmaids (almost all of whom were out of town) had to find another place literally 24 hours before my wedding and 4 hours before our stay. So unbelievable this was my experience and was by far the WORST and MOST STRESSFUL part of my wedding weekend. I cannot stress enough how horrendous of an experience I had and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE RENT THIS PLACE OR DEAL WITH THIS OWNER!!!!!!!
