About this chalet rental

Relax with the whole family in our charming log cabin in Munds Park! The cabin sits on a large treed lot with a seasonal creek, beautiful ponderosa pines and in the fall, colorful oak trees. Enjoy the cool fresh morning air and crisp nights.

The cabin is just 2 hours from Phoenix, 20 minutes to Flag, 2 hours to Antelope Canyon/Page, 45 minutes to Sedona, 30 minutes to Snowbowl and an hour and half to the Grand Canyon. All of which makes the perfect home base to enjoy lots of exploring and adventuring!

Coco's is a modern A-frame cabin where guests have access to the entire place. From large chalet windows and doors to hardwood floors throughout. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The main bathroom is on the main floor. The cabin sleeps 6, but we do have an air mattress that can accommodate 2 more.

Guest room 1 has a king bed, a tv with Direct TV access and is on the main floor.
Guest room 2 has a queen bed and is on the main floor.
Guest room 3 is in the loft and has a queen bed, tv and is upstairs.

The loft is a shared space that is upstairs, with guest room 3 but also has a large sectional for sleeping and entertaining. This is the perfect area to watch a movie or play a game.

The cozy kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for you, including a hot coco bar!

Outside offers Munds Park front porch sitting and outback has a beautiful deck with a table and Weber grill to make a perfect meal! We also have a fire pit to grill up some delicious smores or lounge in the hammock in the trees.
The home has plenty of fire wood for you to use inside and out.
This is one of the few cabins that has central AC and heat and a wood burning fireplace.

Quiet hours in the park are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do have full time neighbors so we do ask that our guests respect the quiet hours.

No events or parties are allowed at the cabin.

No smoking of any substances inside the cabin.

No burning of incense or candles at anytime.

The cabin is about 15 minutes from the nearest grocery store in Flagstaff. Instacart delivers to Munds Park if you would like to have your groceries delivered after you check in. You will want to plan accordingly however, the local gas station does have a mini-mart with a large supply of necessities.

I do have a second home in the park and I am usually there on the weekends and most holidays for all your questions and concerns but if I am not then I do have a house manager that can be of assistance.

First off we had a great time at this adorable cabin!!! We needed an early check in and Carissa was very accommodating While we were there we enjoyed the BBQ Grill and lounge chairs, fire pit and the Hot Tub. This place is set up with games and other relaxing spots in the back we did not get a chance to enjoy This cabin was in a great location and the little town was so peaceful We brought our UTVs and the forest was wonderful to explore We will definitely be back

The cabin was a great place for a weekend getaway. We drove into Sedona and did the cathedral hike, but also spent plenty of time relaxing at the cabin. There are multiple outdoor spaces to relax and hang out. The hot tub was also wonderful!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Coco's! My friend and I were immediately impressed when we walked in. The cabin decor was warm and inviting and it smelled wonderful. There was even a box of cookies on the kitchen counter for us when we arrived. Everything was clean and ready to use and we felt relaxed and at home immediately. There was plenty of kindling to start a fire and plenty of fire wood, but there is also a convenient, easy to use digital thermostat on the wall in the hallway. The inside temperature was comfortable the entire time. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans, etc. and there are plenty of supplies if you are like me and like to clean as you cook. The main bed is very comfortable. The deck and yard are well kept and there is plenty of outdoor seating. The WiFi worked great when I had to handle emails, etc. for work. Some of the houses in the neighborhood are not as well kept as Coco's and there are neighbors close by, although we only saw others a couple of times. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We had one concern that the shower water was not very hot, but the problem was addressed and fixed as soon as possible. The host was great at communicating to make sure our stay was great. If you are looking for a place to relax with a host that cares about guest the guests, don't hesitate to book a stay here. We will definitely be back!

.great stay - awesome place - to much water in hot tub for 4 people to enjoy / overflowed and then the power switch would shut it down / had to get out and trip the circuit board / Awesome place - would love to come back and stay again /

This is absolute perfect stay for those wanting be near Sedona but actually more in the forested mountains and a way from the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect solitude here. If you plan to make your own trip and prepare your own meals and enjoy evening solitude this your place. Would definitely come back again.

We took this weekend to take some much needed family time (5 of us) prior to dropping our daughter off at NAU for her freshman year. It was perfect. We ate dinner on the back deck, drank coffee on the front porch, soaked in the jacuzzi, enjoyed the thunderstorms from the loft, relaxed on the hammock, and ate smores around the fire pit. We also rented an off road vehicle to take advantage of the nearby trails and beautiful weather, destination Schnebly Hill Vista Overlook. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Carissa was a great host. Cookies greeted us when we arrived and she was immediately available when we had questions. The check-in process was the easiest I've experienced. It is a cozy cabin surrounded by other cabins that you could occasionally hear other families also enjoying family time. The home was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We would stay here again.

We celebrated a 70th birthday for mom/grandma with a surprise trip up to Munds Park! Coco's cabin was perfect for our group - so cute and cozy with great outdoor space for us to enjoy the cooler weather. The cabin was clean and enough space for the 5 of us to relax, the loft area was a great space to hang out at night and for the kids to have their space. We will definitely be back - great place to make fun memories!

We had the most wonderful time at Coco’s cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated and clean. It was cozy, yet had plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen and home was stocked with all the needed items to make it an easy and enjoyable stay. The communication was friendly, clear and timely from the owner. We loved all the outdoor space and can’t wait to return!

This place is AMAZING & I can’t say enough great things about it!!! Both the inside & outside spaces are beautifully decorated & feel brand new! We LOVED the multiple outdoor seating areas! It was perfectly clean & superbly stocked with supplies, including many fun extras. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the nearby Mud Tank Trail, which is a lovely & easy path peppered with elk tracks. We we definitely be staying here again!!
