A first bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), a private bathroom (walk-in shower), TV.

The floor consists of 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a king size bed (180×200), TV.
- Bedroom 2: a queen size bed (160×200 ) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. TV
- Bedroom 3: a queen size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. TV
- Bedroom 4: a queen size bed (160x200), TV.
- Separate WC.
- Bathroom with bathtub for bedrooms 1 & 4.
The space Exterior:
- A (private) swimming pool open from May to September (non-contractual opening dates), secured by an electric curtain, deckchairs, deck chairs.
- A beautiful garden as well of 8000m2 fully fenced, with a pétanque court with a breathtaking view of the Vaucluse mountains and the sunset.
- A terrace shaded by a pergola with a dining area (wooden table of 3m10 ideal for 10 people ) a relaxation area with sofa armchair, a plancha corner (gas).
