This house is perfect for a stay in Great Falls. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The home was above and beyond expectations. It is clean, plenty of bedrooms, stocked well, lots of games, plenty of towels. Perfect location close to everything.

This is a great house in a convenient quiet place. Beds were comfortable and the massage chair is a great amenity.

There was a massage chair and basketball hoop as well as an outdoor patio. The house was so lovely. The hot tub didn't get very hot, but that may be intentional (it's summertime and hot outside). Everything was cozy (seriously even the carpet was plush), and the laundry machine worked well. We had a great time!

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on our stay at Charlie Pride’s Place. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the property met our needs nicely. I would rate our stay 3.5 stars. The comments below are intended to assist you in managing the property for future guests. First and most significant, is that the hot tub was not guest-ready. When we arrived the tub was murky and looked a little unsanitary. We treated and cleaned the tub and got it into usable condition. The availability of the hot tub was a factor in selecting this property over others that I looked at. Quite honestly, I believe I deserve an adjustment to the rate I paid but I will leave this to the conscience of the host to provide an adjustment or not. Second, the trash collection bins outside the property were near capacity when we arrived. It appeared they had not been placed on the street for pick in the last few weeks. We were able to place our trash in the bins with some compaction but they were completely full upon our departure. Also a little unsanitary. Third, the barbeque grill was inadequate for our needs. We planned to grill one night but changed our plans as the grilling process would have taken to long with the grill provided. Most properties I have rented include a gas grill. The host stated in the message above that they “strive to make your stay a 5 star experience.” I suggest they upgrade the grill if this is truly their goal.

We had a sleepover for my daughter’s 14th b-day and the girls had a wonderful time. The basement ended up being the hang out with a huge couch and TV, the massage chair, and the b-ball hoop it was perfect! They also enjoyed the hot tub! Overall a great place, and nice location!
