Welcome to our charming 1920s home in the heart of Brookfield, IL! This beautifully renovated two-bedroom house is the perfect peaceful getaway for anyone looking to stay in a safe Chicago suburb. Experience the history and charm of this classic American suburb, right on the border with downtown La Grange. This quiet family neighborhood is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and the train station, where you can catch an express to Chicago's Union Station in twenty minutes.

The property fit our needs well. It was in very close proximity to family that we were visiting. One bathroom was difficult for 5 adults but we made it work. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. The towels provided were small and not enough, but we were able to make do.

This property was a Great location for us to visit with family in LaGrange. The rooms were clean and as described. It was just myself and spouse so the one bathroom was not an issue. We did find we had no heat upon returning late to property the first night , so the first night was uncomfortable, but the problem was quickly resolved the next day and we were given a refunded for our inconvenience. The host was responsive to our needs. Thanks for hosting us.

Great location for us to visit downtown and family near Oak Lawn. The multi beds in room two were great for our 3 kids.

We loved staying at this updated farmhouse style property! Quiet street, easy access to the freeway to get in to Chicago as well as local restaurants, etc. The rooms were clean and as described, thanks for hosting us!
