Very clean and updated. Beautiful bathrooms with delightful rain shower heads bathrooms could use large mirrors towel racks and a working outlet in guest bathroom. Very comfortable large beds and plenty of closet space but no dressers to put clothing in and no mirrors in guest bedrooms. Patio not as pictured in ad instead had picnic table and 4 rocking chairs which was just fine but not what was expected. Also thought it was screened in but was not and bugs was an issue which kept us from sitting out and using the patio. Grill did not work and was quite dirty. Because of its cleanliness and close location to beach we 4 senior ladies would return

House was very clean!! Had everything we possibly needed... Beds and bathrooms were nice.. I was thrilled with the location so close to everything including the beach being a short 3 minute bike ride or stroll!!!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! It was VERY clean and had everything you would need for a beach rental! Also, the AC worked amazing! Hahahah I was worried about that and was looking for that in the reviews and couldn’t find it. Some beach people love the cool breeze and don’t love AC, I’m a midwestern and pregnant so that was not on my list! AC was amazing and they had a working ceiling fan in every room as well! I just wished they had an enclosed backyard, but it might be against their rules! If we come back we would book this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for providing some lasting memories for myself and my family!

My niece had recently become engaged and had not seen her Dad in five years due to Covid, job requirements, etc. His other Daughter (now deceased) has a daughter who also had not seen him in 5 1/2 years. So, I thought it would be nice for them to get together and see my 86 YO brother. The house was absolutely PERFECT. We had space to gather, visit and eat. It was convenient for my brother - who happens to be retired from the NAVY and Military Sealift Command - after a total of over 53 years of service. And gave all of us comfort and space to visit, trade stories and go through photos - not to Mention it's less than 3 miles from Jazzy's Mainly Lobster :-) We have decided that this would be an awesome place to return to once a year while he is still with us as it is one mile from where he and his wife live.

We enjoyed our stay at this residence as well as seeing two Space X launches from the beach across the street. The house was well-appointed and comfortable for the four of us and a small dog. We would stay at this residence again the next time we visit the Cocoa Beach area.

House was as advertised although patio furniture was not as shown in the photos. Several small things wrong with the house like the power outlet not working in one bathroom, unable to light the gas grill, screen door to the patio not functional. Worst thing was no response from the property manager after leaving a voice mail on the day after our arrival. Never received a return call or text so very glad there were not major issues. House is in a great location to visit the beach and the yard was nice. It would be better if the fence actually enclosed the backyard but this was not a surprise based on the photos.

We came to tour the Kennedy Space Center and also visited with a friend from grade school. Celebrated hubby’s birthday at Jazzy’s. Wonderful home with great amenities for our short trip!

We had an incredible stay at Cocoa Beach. This property was very clean and pictures and description were spot on. The host was very informative and everything was fantastic. Great neighborhood and beach.

Nice unit overall, especially the bathrooms and outdoor kitchen area. Cleaning not up to snuff - there was food left under the couch that encouraged ants to visit. Also when I walked around in bare feet my (and my grandsons) feet were black on the bottoms. No paper towels in the property. Toilet paper very poor quality.

The house is roomy and was very clean. The backyard was perfect for grilling, everything you need is there. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach... all beach items are available at the house. We would definitely stay here again. It was lovely.

Our family had a great long weekend at this property. The owners definitely took the time to think about the small things that really make a stay more enjoyable. The home is located about a block and a half from public beach access right on the same street (which is great because we did not see any free beach parking around town). There are 4 beach cruisers in the garage, along with a wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and a boogie board. It was so nice not having to pack all of that gear. Having an ice machine on the back porch also made packing our cooler for the day a breeze. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Even though we didn't bring our dogs on this trip, they had some dog supplies (water bowl and doggie bags) available and a really big nice back yard. You also really couldn't tell that the house was dog friendly either (no evidence/smells, etc. that animals are permitted). If we decide to come to the area again, this would definitely be our place to stay, thanks!!

Our family spent the week at this home and absolutely loved it. The house was equipped with everything you need and more from washer and dryer to a wagon and all the beach toys you could need. The walk to cocoa beach is only two blocks. I loved the beach feel and how clean and well maintained the home was. The only thing missing was a full sized mirror for my teen girls so we bought one and left it at the home. I would definitely return to this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. You can tell they take pride in keeping a nice place for people stay and enjoy. The beach is just a short walk away, or enjoy the bikes to get there quickly. Other properties have great pictures that don't live up to them, but this one is as advertised!!

So much fun. The house is so well kept and has everything you need for a beach trip. A ton of room for everybody and was so close to the beach. So easy to walk or bike to the pier, Ron Jon’s, or all the restaurants around it. Definitely going back!
