The room looked clean and tidy. Modernized, as well. However, there was a distinct mildew smell that triggered all sorts of allergies:

Location was very nice and quiet. The condition of the hotel was like new. The staff which I can only assume was the owner, was super nice. My room was extremely clean, and like new. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever been on. If I’m ever back in the area this is where I’ll stay!

This is not your typical motel. It was completely renovated and new- nicest motel I have ever stayed in. It was well lit at night, you could park directly in front of your room, and I felt very safe by myself.

Our stay was fine, the room had the absolute bare minimum, pillows were small and flat, had to ask for more, check in was friendly, but when getting pillows not so much.
And there was a thumping from outside that we heard all night, no idea what it was.
Bed very comfortable and room was very clean.

Property was very lit up at night. Needed blackout curtains. Cleaners came in while we were at breakfast before we had checked out.

This was my first time staying at the hotel! It was very clean, new, the owner was super nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I plan another overnight in Rhode Island. I’m so glad I found this great place. And an extra bonus is the restaurant on the property is great!

The hotel was clean and new however the decorum was sparse and lacked warmth. The lighting in the room was not aesthetically pleasing. No table and chair to sit at nor a coffee maker.

The hot water had a problem. I had to let the water run for 5 mins before I could take a shower. Otherwise clean but no frill. I would be nice to have carpet instead of hard cold floors.

TV was asking for a channel search which I tried several times but it would not work. Just FYI for next customer. Other than that great spot.

Very pleasant surprise. The rooms are large, brand new, simple and clean. The property is immaculate. Check-in was pleasant and quick. Great location. Large plasma tv (thanful for that as its football season!) Charging ports in bed stand lights. Large window with great privacy shade. Will definitely return.

I have stayed in many many hotels and motels. This place was absolutely fantastic and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean and the gentleman upfront was awesome. Room was very modern looking and you can’t beat the price. Hidden gem.

Neat, clean, safe. Three minute drive to historic downtown Wickford. Brewery with food on property. Owner very friendly. Only complaint even with room darkening shades the outside lighting lights up the room.

Definitely need more pillows and bathroom very small but overall new and clean

Clearly an old property that has been redone in an odd, pseudo-hip fashion. But lots of sloppiness. The bathroom door rubbed against the toilet when attempting to shut it, and the door would not shut completely. The shade on the room did very little to keep out the brightly lit exterior and made sleep problematic. And the shower took forever to provide hot water. For all of this, way overpriced.

Only two ironing boards and irons for sixteen rooms. We borrowed one and the owner came into our room when we were gone and took it back before we got a chance to use it. We also asked him not to come in our room or send housekeeping staff when we checked in because we were only staying two nights. The TV situation was also incredibly confusing. Two different remotes, one to turn it on and change the volume, and the other to change the channel. There weren't any directions about this i figured it out two hours before checking out.

Property was very clean, had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a little more counter space in the bathroom or shelving where you could put things and a fold out luggage stand would go a long way instead of suitcases all over the floor. Staff was super friendly and courteous. We would stay again.

Parking was easy and the check in staff was friendly. The room was very clean.

Very clean rooms, good staff, comfortable. No real complaints, just a couple of little things:
-My step daughter's room was pretty warm even with the thermostat set to 68, but other rooms were fine
-LED lights were good to see, but all were "daylight" LED's instead of "soft white" so lighting was kind of bright and harsh (except lighted mirror which had both settings)
-Freezer wasn't cleaned out from previous tenant
But these are minor things, overall we were very impressed with the cleanliness and modern amenities for the price. Would definitely recommend!

Check in was easy and the stay itself was great and room was very clean. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the following the cleaning solution they used to clean the room was so strong it gave us headaches and it took a while to go away. The bed just had the coverlet and a sheet, it would have been nice to have a blanket as well, and a few extra pillows - if you come here bring your own pillow! Otherwise we'd recommend.
