The small shopping street of Dagebüll with shops, restaurants and a small shop, which is open during the season, is just a five-minute walk away. The ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr depart directly opposite. Or you can take the excursion steamer to the seal banks, the Halligen islands or cross over to Helgoland.
