On the first floor you will find a cozy living room with an open fireplace that spreads a cozy warmth. Here you can spend many hours together and enjoy the beautiful ambience. The common kitchen is generously designed and offers enough space for all guests. Furthermore, there is a recreation room that can be used as a conference room or children's playroom, as well as three bedrooms and a bathroom. Klenovica is a small and quiet place, a little south from the lively Riviera and from the towns of Crikvenica, Selce, Novi Vinodolski. From Klenovica stretches a 100 km long coastline at the foot of the Velebit mountains.
