Aangename nacht in nuwara eliya

Het mooie uitzicht over het meer, de rustige omgeving, het warme water, het goede bed, de pantoffels op de kamer, de ruime kamer en het lekkere, uitgebreide ontbijt.

De afstand naar het centrum, geen vuilbakje op de kamer, de algemene afwerkingsgraad van het hotel, de prijs is eigenlijk wat te hoog voor wat je krijgt.

Очень красивые номера, шикарные я бы сказала Про вид я вообще молчу, все прошло замечательно, персонал тоже очень хорошо подготовлена, владельцы прекрасные люди

Не понравилось то, что мы приехали после экскурсии поздно и не увидели вид, но в этом нет вины размещения, просто хотелось побыть в отеле по дольше

Disappointed

Loved the location, the hotel itself is located on a upwards hill so driving is a challenge but it's beautiful.

For what we paid for 1 night the least we could've had is clean hotel slippers, they provided pre used ones used by other guests I'm assuming, which was shocking since these slippers are supposed to be disposable. Towels were wrapped up neatly but wet not damp, wet. Carpet was moldy. And we could smell the mold when we slept, Breakfast plates smelled like eggs. Every cup and plate they used to serve us smelled like eggs. I've had better coffee in cheap local restaurants than what I had at the hotel. The bathroom doesn't dry even with the fan on, it was just a wet mess after we showered coz the water just seems to sit there unless you manually wipe it down. We would've done it ourselves but no wiper was provided. And most importantly they don't have a landline in the room to contact reception (which they later informed that we're supposed to call from personal phone. I didn't complain about anything coz the staff members seemed really polite and friendly. I think they just need a little more training on how to manage the hotel and what facilities to provide.

Beautiful location and the view from the room was breathtaking. Service was really good.

The dinner was exceptional. Acceptable western breakfast. A bit more variety like some Eastern Dishes would have been good. Facilities in the room were exceptional. All the areas appeared to be spotlessly clean.

The wifi was not strong enough in the rooms. Improvement in parking facilities need to be done.

Beautiful property with a great view and very welcoming staff

Probably the most underrated find on my trip - beautiful property with a great view and very hospitable staff! The view from the rooms are on par or better than anything you can find in Nuwara Eliya! The actual rooms are even better than the pictures, and very clean. And the breakfast was delicious (English Breakfast)! Would definitely recommend when visiting Nuwara Eliya!

Friendly staff, but way too cold to be comfortable

Despite being a little hard to communicate with, the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is tasty. Comfortable bed, hot shower, great view over the lake!

It was so cold and drafty! When we were in Nuwara Eliya it was only 7 degrees at night. The one thing the hotel seems to be missing is proper insulation and/or heating. Upon pointing this out the staff was so kind to provide us with a little electric heater. It got the room up to a more comfortable temperature during the evening, but as we turned it off when sleeping the draft quickly took over and the room became cold again. So much so that I ended up sleeping with lots of layers on and beneath the thin duvet, a towel and a woollen jumper.

Gemütliches Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sogar frischen Blumenarrangements. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und willkommen! Das Bett war sehr komfortabel - die heiße Regendusche war bei dem kalten Wetter genau richtig.

Linda y romántica estancia en un lugar muy lindo

La vista al Lago le da un toque especial al despertar. Cama acogedora y un estilo alusivo al sitio. El personal muy amable y honesto .

Quizás se podría mejorar que en el baño al no tener salida de aire se humedece un poco.

Unbedingt empfehlen!

Endlich mal komfortabel schlafen und duschen. Sehr schickes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Danke für die Reise.

Keine Klimaanlage, kein TV - war alle noch im Bau.

Great stay. Recommended.

Very friendly helpful owners. Great good. Fantastic breakfast and diner. Very nice rooms.

Sometimes a bit challenging to communicate with the staff because they didn’t speak English as well as the owners. But they where young and still learning. Not really a problem.
