Peaceful Resort is peace, quiet and relaxing

The location was fabulous. A short walk down a path to the beautiful Long Beach was so convenient and peaceful. We stayed in both a family room and then extended our stay and moved to a bungalow. Both were brilliant. The pool was clean and ni ely kept with plenty of loungers or beanbags to sit by the pool and lit up at night it was fantastic to swim in. The staff are all very lovely and very helpful. We rented a scooter to get about on the island and had no problems at all. Extended our time with the moped too. Sad for this part to end. Goodbye Peaceful Resort which truly deserves its name. The only noise you hear are the odd vehicle on the gravel drive and the insects singing at night.

Nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect for us. We even had our grandchildren stay over one night when we had the family room and they loved it too.

Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen

Wij werden erg goed ontvangen en wij kregen een erg mooie en ruimen kamer. Het ontbijt was prima. Je kon kiezen uit 5 opties en je kreeg koffie/thee en een hapje.

Amazing little get away

As in the previous review, the pool and location were lovely. We were able to rent scooters for cheap. Staff were accommodating. All round good egg.

Nothing to complain about really. Admittedly the facilities for food on site were not great but there's plenty of great places to eat nearby.

Great little escape in Koh Lanta

Lovely pool, huge bed, great access to the beach and scooter hire was really easy.

TV in the room didn't work (although didn't really bother us) kettle was also a little dodgy but still worked like a charm. Really not a lot to complain about was a great place to stay

Kleines Resort mit freundlichen Gastgebern

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie haben für uns eine Schnorcheltour, einen Kochkurs und das Speedboot Ticket für die Weitereise organisiert. Du kannst auch Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Peacefulresort sehr weiter empfehlen.

Amazing place with great pool view and welcoming and supporting staff.

This place was such a pleasant surprise. Initially, we had asked them to provide a twin bed room, and since all their economy rooms had double beds the staff upgraded us to a Bungalow!! The reception staff was amazing, they were super helpful and always ready to our questions. The room was super clean and the bathroom always smelled good. The AC works and the pool was clean and has a beautiful surrounding.

1. The bathroom faciilities could be better. e.g. the shower head doesn't hold, the water pressure is not veery strong, no additional area to place the toilettres. 2. The sink tap needs a change :)

Peaceful Resort wirklich sehr schön und peaceful!

Tolles Hotel und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Frühstück war super, man konnte aus verschiedenen Dingen wählen, es gab immer frisches Obst dazu. Der Pool wurde täglich überprüft und war sauber und frisch. Auch mit einem Mietroller wurde uns schnell geholfen und wir konnten ihn sehr problemlos zurückgeben. Die Zimmer waren super sauber, alle waren wirklich engagiert ☺️

Die Duschen! Wie schon sehr oft von anderen Gästen hier bemängelt. Weder die Duschen im Zimmer noch am Pool sind richtig funktionsfähig. Im Zimmer war die ganze Halterung in die Jahre gekommen und nicht brauchbar sowie der Wasserdruck aufgrund des kaputten Schlauches wirklich sehr gering. Wir wurden trotzdem sauber, würden uns aber für die gesamte Anlage wirklich neue funktionelle Duschen wünschen 😅

Para estar de paso

La ubicación está muy bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El personal era majas.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue que el aire acondicionado hacia un poco lo que le daba la gana, el mando a veces encendía otras no, entonces nos despertamos varia veces en la noche por frío o calor... el desayuno bien normal, no destacaba por nada.

Très sympa

L'hôtel est très bien situé, accès très facile à la plage par un petit chemin (200 mètres). Restaurants disponibles sur la plage ou dans la rue. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable, location de scooter et organisation d'excursion directement sur place. La piscine est très agréable, ombragée, beaucoup de chaises longues disponibles. Notre bungalow était très spacieux, lumineux, grande chambre et grande salle de bain. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

Les articles de douche sont un peu limités, pas de serviette supplémentaire pour la piscine

The rooms were clean and air conditioned and it's close to the beach.

The shower was weak and breakfast while tasty was small in portions.

The staffers here are excellent

The most satisfying thing about the room is that the swimming pool is very beautiful, it is like a blue ocean, but it lacks some lights at night. The service staff very kind. There is a Chinese-speaking lady who helped us a lot (rent car, tickets, inquiring about travel, etc.), I am very grateful to the service staff here. It's perfect to bask in the sun and read a book by the pool during the day. It takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the beach.

The most dissatisfaction is the water pressure of the toilet and shower. This is very troublesome, maybe we are unlucky. In addition, it is a bit far from 7-11, it should be good to rent a motorbike, otherwise it will take 20 minutes to walk

Great value for money

Friendly staff, great location, big comfy bed, nice clean pool. Huge room. Great value for money. Air con worked really well.

Shower water pressure wasn't good, and the pressure and temperature kept changing. It was very noisy, there were lots of noisy children. Our room was next to the stairs with a corridor and bedroom overhead. This meant that we could always hear footsteps, banging and furniture being dragged around very noisily. I think the individual bungalows on the other side of the pool would be quieter. Couple of things were broken - the bedside light and the towel rail.

fine but outdated. wouldn’t recommend.

the pool was lovely. the location was convenient for me.

the room I got was not as shown in the pictures. very outdated, stains, mold and clogged shower head. I also got woken up at sunrise every day from the jungle sounds, as there was no soundproofing. I can in high season and the price was way too high for what I got.

perfect location, 3 minutes walk to the beach. lovely pool with good chairs and seats, delicious breakfast, kind staff,…

we stayed 6 nights and they only came to clean once. also we didn’t have new towels but i’m sure if we asked for it we would have gotten new ones.

Some staff were not so customer friendly, some were lovely. No umbrellas on site yet on booking.com. Offered room we had t booked. Two beds instead of one big bed. After stand off got a better match.

Close to beach

Room we booked was not available so we had to stay at neighbouring resort for one night. This room was below our expectations, window of bathroom was always open, bathroom was still wet. Toilet clogged and wasn't fixed after we told reception. One window didn't have a curtain so you couldn't darken the room. We got an upgrade of our other room but still this was not great either. Shower had little pressure. Whole room needs some refurbishing

The room was Spacious, fresh towels provided daily and good Wifi. the bed was also comfortable.

The shower was extremely poor - often there was no water pressure at all and barely any water came out. on the odd occasion there was water pressure, it took almost a full day for the water to clear down the drain meaning the next shower was often taken standing in a pool of dirty water. The pool deck chairs were also infested with ants and it was not nice sitting down here.

Room is very big, comfy bed. Beach is near.

Didn't like that cleaner didn't knock on the door at all, just left water etc. behind the door. I would have prefer that they took my trash out too and bring me clean coffee cup. Place was very quiet, not so much to do in there, few restaurants and nearest market quite far away. You have to rent a scooter if you want to go somewhere, taxi is expensive if you go alone example to the old town. They don't have restaurant, even if it says here that they do.
