Exceptional

The studios are located OFF the very busy main road. The pool and private outdoor patios are wonderful. The studios have well equipped kitchens and comfortable living area. The studios are gated and there is a night watchmen there from 6 pm to 6 am. I highly recommend this lovely accommodation.

I would recommend keeping the gate closed throughout the day to mitigate the traffic noise and dust from the road.

There was a nice clean pool as well as the place got cleaned every day . Julieta at reception is very sweet and helpful

There wasn’t very good sound blocking so we could hear the music from the other rooms at night which woke us up once or twice but that could also have to do with the guests

The hotel is located a short 50m walk from the main road in Santa Teresa. The hotel pool is a lovely shaded area to enjoy during the hot parts of the day. Rooms are cleaned every day and they offer a laundry service for $10. Rooms are relatively basic but spacious.

Although it's nothing that the hotel can control, the evenings and mornings can be extremely noisy from a mixture of road traffic and animal life. Howler monkeys enjoyed the tree above our room at night and were extremely

Wonderful experience, we love Santa Teresa!

The staff was great. Pool area was beautiful and overall the location was very convenient. We had everything we needed very close by.

Located in a very busy part of Santa Teresa and room had thin walls.

Location, Hot water, very helpful staff

Place is run down. Had ants and bugs everywhere. Bathroom floor almost flooded after taking showers

Poor quality, far too expensive

Even though the staff were very nice and helpful, the rest was terrible. Lots of very small studio crammed in a little space. Swimming poor was dirty, swimming pool furniture half broken. Bathroom very old and overall poor quality place for an extraordinary amount of money considering what you get in return. I would definitely not advise anyone to travel there.

Place was warn out, no beauty at all. Bare minimum on all account. Felt like the owner saw an opportunity to make a lots of money out of people desperation to find a place to stay in Santa Teresa. Proper rip off

Good place

It is close to the beach and super market. The room has air conditioning, and the pool is nice.

It’s loud at night with people partying around the pool. Of course this is dictated by which people are there, but there are not 24 hour staff to ensure that the noise level is down. I was locked out of the gate one night and no one answered the phone or texts. I had to park my quad on the street and someone tried to steal it during the night. Overall the stay wasn’t bad, but the staff is not here to help when you need them.

Great for vacation not for remote work

Location is perfect, some meters away from beach and far from the dusty streets. Have a safe parking space with code pin doors.

If you're going to stay here for work, you have to know the WiFi isn't stable.

- odd vibe, anonymous - hard to get hold of staff - parking and getting out is difficult due to others parking
