Le confort et la propreté, la proximité du centre ville et du port la réactivité des propriétaires les viennoiseries et le pain chaque matin :)
J'ai déploré l'absence d'acceuil à notre arrivée, ensuite je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'un seul logement, et pas plusieurs avec lesquels nous devions partager l'accès à la piscine qui a été littéralement squattée par une famille avec plusieurs enfants bruyants. Ils ont occupé tout l'espace sans laisser aux autres la possibilité d'apprécier le calme et n'ont pas pu apprécier à leur guise la piscine. Nota bene : certaines personnes ne portaient pas de maillot de bain mais des vêtements couvrants ( les adultes ) coté hygiène c'est pas l'idéal! Ensuite gros bémol concernant l'internet j'étais là pour 4 jours avec ma tante agée, le signal du WIFI est beaucoup trop faible et insuffisant , résultat on a pas pu profité de la Télé qui dépend de la connexion ni d'un accès internet satisfait , pour le prix demandé c'est très discutable. Gros bémol, les logements sont collés les uns aux autres et l'une de notre chambre était juxtaposée à la terrasse des voisins, résultat, si vous ouvrez l'unique petite fenêtre de la chambre vous profitez des conversations voisines et de la fumée de cigarette qui entre dans le logement! au final on la condamné pendant tout notre séjour.

L’arnaque!
Établissement encore en travaux, piscine inaccessible les premiers jours car sale et abords encombrés. La nuit perturbée par lumière intempestive et porte qui claque. Petite fenêtre minuscule de la chambre qui donne sur la terrasse des autres locataires. Odeur d’égout dans les toilettes. Petit déjeuner : ne mérite pas cette appellation car plus que limité ( un morceau de pain + une viennoiserie uniquement !) Fourmis dans le garde-manger ..
