I didnt like that the tv didnt work

Sheets, bathroom, floor, literally everything was dirty. Last time i’ll ever go.

Very dirty, air conditioning doesn't work well, mattress makes a loud noise when moving up and down, smells like dust, cigarette and marijuana, no breakfast for you and no elevator. I will never come back here again.

Did not like anything. Especilly hole in bathroom door, gross carpets,broken finger nails in dirt of window track,dirty broken air conditioner, no breakfast as advertised apparently since civid,food left in fridge and the list could go on. We could not stay for the second night due to grossness. Got there at 1am and had no choice but to stay for a short nap. Hoping for a refund but probably won't recieve. Do not stay.

Good Stay

The staff was friendly and the price was right but the room needs to be upgraded. There was a water mark on the ceiling and holes in the comforter. Just off 131 and next to Dennys and Arby's.

I stayed for two weeks paid $1.35 per night extra for breakfast lol, coffee, and not one time did anyone freshen my room or empty my trash. The staff however were great, super friendly!!

I found a crack pipe in the bathroom under the sink the sheets and blankets were dirty and disgusting like they haven't been washed. And the night management at the front desk is I can't even explain how terrible the service was. There's only people that are doing drugs there I was outside having a cigarette for example and it broke them up and said got me crack and would you like to be a escort what if a kid was right there next to me hearing that

Bathroom door broken, stains on the comforter and bed, stains on the chair in the room, garbage in the room already when I entered, and chipped tub in bathroom.

The room smelled terrible of cigarettes. There were stains on the bedding. It is very rundown. There was no continental breakfast included. The staff were friendly. There was some coffee in the lobby. The bathroom had been updated. The air unit worked, and the bed was relatively comfortable. It was very affordable and I suppose you get what you pay for.

The room had no towels, the rooms smelled so bad that we had to put baby powder everywhere cause of the stank. The people was going in and out of the windows and the desk clerk was never there, this trip was a disaster never again

This stay was atrocious and full of false advertisement. There is no mini fridge, no over night staff, no blow dryer, two towels, a broken sink and no breakfast. I have escalated multiple times for a complete refund and been denied repeatedly by the hotel.

We arrived to our room smelling like stale cigarettes. Turned the lights to the bathroom on and I spotted a HUGE cockroach crawling on the tub and onto the wall. I ended up killing it. The following morning while showering I noticed the water wasn’t draining in the tub or the bathroom sink. Overall not a good experience at all.

I booked a jacuzzi room. Upon check in was told that the tub no longer works. I was not notified before hand that this was the case. I asked if there was another room available and was told no. After expressing my frustration they lowered the price but still put me in that room. It was a mess! Tub was torn apart including the tub wall. Stains all over the comforter and hair and dirt on the sheets. I had to go back to the front desk to say something and was then offered another room, even though I asked at check in. Second room was ok. Not the cleanest. Will never book here again.

It was incredibly difficult to secure a reasonably priced room for miles, and this hotel was where we landed. That being said, if I wanted a better rated hotel, I would have had to pay over $389 for a night and that didnt seem priority for a few hours. The hotel was a little tricky to get into, winding back into and behind a gas station, beyond several parked vehicles, then to the hotel front. There was a space directly in front of the entrance, which I chose. Smokers (about 5 or 6 people) were all in front, which is uninviting to nonsmokers. My son has a difficult time breathing in a smoky environment and this smell travels into the lobby. The gal checking us in was very sweet and the process was simple. I didnt need an elevator, though one is not available. We were up a cpuple flights of stairs and the stairways also were smelly and very worn down, noise traveling easily. Hallways were not very well lit. The light just inside the doorway wasnt working, so we used the bathroom light to get in and see. Beds were made nicely, no trash around. Room appeared cleaned up, just not updated. A dirty, musty smell filled the room until I cranked the air. Pillows were super duper small, though 2 per bed. My delayed planning and unwillingness to pay $$$$ for a few hours is what landed us here. That being said, the value of this hotel is more like the $69.99 rates you see advertised from the road.

/motel, but safety does factor into our stay. Doors were propped open, people wandering in off the street, fights in the parking lot and being asked for drugs while unloading our car were very undesirable traits at this hotel.

Very unsanitary went to 2 different rooms both unclean

Very dirty rooms. Bed sheets were stained, large holes in blankets, one pillow cover had blood stains! Not recommended.

Rude customer service and dirty and most lamps had no light bulbs and freezer didn’t work

I liked the check-in efficiency and the price. I did not like the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and the cigarette burn holes on the bedding. No breakfast, and the coffee was bad. But otherwise, it was ok.

The room was very dirty and smelled bad we couldn't sleep all night and we came from a long trip. it was a really bad experience

We figured most of the other one star reviews were exaggerating and decided to brave it anyway. A bunch of people in the hotel including us got locked out of our rooms because the keys stopped working and there were literally no staff in the building. All of the phone numbers provided were either not real numbers or no one answered or the numbers were to a different hotel chain. It took a several hours to find someone, and then they seemed unconcerned. We were informed that this was a regular occurance by the work crews staying there. This was during the middle of the day during check out time so we couldn't leave. Clean rooms, bring your own towel. And earplugs.

This property is actually a red roof inn tahat changed the name. Charged us 120 a night forr the name change. The checkin process was smooth but when the receptionist sits inside a bulletproof glass I should have guessed. Drug peddlers, crazy dressed folks and was scary. In the room stained beds, cushion sized pillows, no towels. Got to the front desk for towels she says no towels. Imagine no towels in a hotel. Not a great place for family. Picutes are deceptive.

Waited half an hour before anyone showed up at the desk after midnight. Light in bathroom flickered, fan didn’t work.. no one at the desk again in the morning.

Nobody at the desk when we checked in. Bathroom was yuck. Didn’t want to take our shoes off. Linens on the bed sucked.

There was no air conditioning and no screens on the windows. The staff was rude. There was no pool or breakfast as advertized. The place was so dirty and disgusting we never even checked in. We went somewhere else and had to pay for the room anyway. It was very dissapointing as most Super 8's are good.

This area does not seem to be safe. When I checked in I didn't get the type of room I paid for. I paid for a king size bed and received 2 full size beds. Refrigerator needs to be deforsted and would not close properly. The hall ways are very dirty. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The jacuzzi didn't work and it was dirty

Absolutely worse experience ever! Blood on the walls, the comforter. A used needle on the bathroom floor and a broken needle in the wall. I called to be transferred to my husbands room for a wake up call and the manager tells me no it's too early call later and hung up on me. When I called back to complain about the cleanliness the manager said, if he no like go somewhere else and hung up again. This was rh worse Hotel and worse customer service ever. Such a huge waste! I'm not sure I want to book with Expedia again for hotels and that is sad and disappointing since we travel often.

If I could have given no stars I would have. We arrived at the motel and there were people sitting around outside and in vehicles doing drugs. I checked in, received my room keys, and immediately left the premises and called my son to come walk us to our room. My son told me we were going back, getting pictures of the room, and getting a refund as this was not a safe place to stay. I forgot my room key so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could have a new one after telling her what room I was in. She handed it to me without even asking who I was or for my ID. That is scary!! By now my son had looked up the reviews for this motel, not good. The first bed had a huge wet spot on it. The bedding was soiled with blood and dried secretions. We took the sheets off and the mattresses were the worst!! Urine stained over the entire beds with dried blood. There was a phone but no power cord or phone cord. There was cotton stuffed in the peep hole. There was spit and toothpaste in the sink. The microwave was disgusting. We took the pictures and then went to the front desk. I asked for a return and she said it would be a $25 fee and 3-5 days to receive the return. I received the return within 4 days. I commend them for the return but HOLY HELL if you like yourself even a little bit, do not, I repeat do not stay here!!

Had jacuzzi tub in room and only one jet worked. Sheets and blanket had burn holes in it.
