About this villa rental
Ca’n Moixet is cosy and charming villa set in pretty countryside between Pollença town and the coast. From the villa you can enjoy lovely views of the area's most distinctive landmark, the hill "Puig Maria", which is definitely worth the steep but short hike to the top. The convenient location of just 5 minutes by car to the vibrant and historic old town of Pollença and only a 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollença allows the villa to serve as a fantastic base for exploring the north of Mallorca. If you feel like staying at the villa rather than exploring, the expansive lawns provide a safe space for young children or youngsters to enjoy outdoor activities and the cover dining terrace or poolside summer house are great places to enjoy a drink and meal after a games on the lawn or a dip in the pool.

Parking: in drive at property Safe: yes Information guide Simpson Travel information book is in the villa DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM PALMA AIRPORT - approximately 45 minutes We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars it is electronic. To reset most of these models you need to press the button once to reach the day reading and then press and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. The road network in Mallorca is often being updated therefore the road numbers on signposts may not correspond to those on maps. Where this is the case, we have tried to use landmarks as much as possible. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right-hand side! 1. From the multi-storey car park follow the blue signs for Palma. Join the motorway in the direction of Palma. 2. Take the 2nd exit off of this motorway, sign posted as Es Coll / Ma 30 / Inca. 3. Take the 3rd exit off of the roundabout, leaving a large shopping mall (FAN), on your right. 4. At the next roundabout go straight ahead, following white signs to Inca. 5. You are now on the Ma30, following signs to INCA, continue for approximately 7.3 km. 6. As you pass the second shopping mall (Al Campo) on your right, bear to the right, following signs to INCA/ALCUDIA, and you will filter onto the Ma13 motorway, heading north from Palma to Port d’Alcúdia. Stay on this road until Junction 40. (Approximately 35kms) 7. At Junction 40, signposted Pollença/Sa Pobla, leave the motorway and at the roundabout, take the exit for Pollença. Reset your odometer to zero. 8. 10.6km You reach a roundabout with a large metal cockerel sculpture. Take first exit, the Ma2201 (signposted Alcúdia). 9. Continue along this road, on your left you will pass a yellow & white km stone marker No.6, follow this winding country road. Just as the road bends sharply round to the left you will see an entrance to a villa with three large palm trees, start to slow down at this point. Continue along until you come to a small country crossroads (it is approx. 1.1km from the roundabout to this crossroads). 10. Turn left into this lane, called “Cami de Savori” there is a wooden sign, but you cannot see the wording until you have turned into the lane, there is also a 40km sign and a zigzag road sign. There is a mirror on the wall and the turning is opposite a road called “Cami De Pontaro” which also has a wooden sign and a white sign with black lines through it. Continue along for approx. 200m, Can Moixet is the first villa on the right. The name is on the wall to the left of the entrance gates. There are 2 key boxes to this property, one on the exterior wall with the remote control to open the electronic gate and another adjacent to the front door of the house with the house keys inside. The combination code for both is 1979, pull the black lever down on the left of the box, next to the combination to open the front of the key box. Ensure you move the dials around so as not to leave the code on display. Welcome to Ca’n Moixet!
