Leadville Depot Unit B is a fully restored, luxury 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo. The building is an old train depot, built in the early 1900's, and has been restored with modern day conveniences while maintaining some of the historic charm. Enjoy the glorious mountain views from your private deck. Walk into town. Travel a few blocks to the Mineral Belt Trail or the local single track trail network. There is plenty of parking and access to a private garage.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to Harrison, but far enough away to avoid the bustle of the Leadville race. There is so much space in the condo as well as parking and storage in the huge garage! This is hands down the best place to stay in Leadville. We hope to be returning here for years to come!

This location was convenient to downtown Leadville and had views of Mount Elbert and Mount Massive from the deck. The unit was in the renovated depot building and had all the modern amenities with historic charm. Our group of four adults had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The huge garage was a great bonus and there was additional parking. The unit was very clean and checking in was easy. We had one question during our stay and the owner quickly responded. We would definitely stay there again!

We spent a family weekend in Leadville this summer and this unit was absolutely wonderful! It was so much better than even the description and the photos. It was very clean, had really powerful ceiling fans, a wonderful kitchen, and comfortable beds. The most amazing thing, though, were the sweeping views off the patio (and out of a glass sliding door) or the sunset between Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive! The location was excellent, walkable within a mile of the main drag in Leadville, with an attached parking garage.

We had a great stay at Leadville Depot Condos. The condo was exactly as represented online, clean and very comfortable. The host was great and responsive - even when we couldn't figure out the thermostat (user error!). Beds are super comfortable and the view from the back deck of the mountains was gorgeous! My husband plans to book it again for his annual ski trip with our friends who live nearby. Great place!

The depot is a repeat booking for us because it is a perfect ski trip home base. So spacious, everything works, it's plenty warm and has top shelf amenities. Could not recommend more!

The house was so inviting and cozy, the heated floors were amazing!! Loved having an attached garage which was also heated. Ceiling fans and TVs in each of the rooms. Communication was great. Thanks, we will definitely stay here again when we come back!

This was by far the best VRBO stay in Leadville. Very modern and updated. Owner was very helpful and gave us our privacy but always ready to help. The garage was a bonus, we were able to park the car inside during our stay. Internet was fast, the Chromecast was excellent for binge watching our shows. Water remained hot once it got going. Wife loved the washer/dryer in the condo. It was very easy to get from condo to the ski area in about 12-15mins. Overall we had a great stay. If I could offer some minor suggestions for improvements. The king bed in the master was too soft and my back couldn't take it after the second night. Ended up switching rooms. The half bath is cooler than the rest of the condo, but that's because it's adjacent to the garage. The bathroom floor is heated but still pretty cold. Lastly, the lighting is very warm and inviting. Unfortunately for my wife, she would have like it to be brighter in the master bathroom so be able to see better in the mirror. These were really minor issues. Overall we loved this place and I'm sure you won't find a better place in Leadville. Thanks Kevin. We had a great time.

Beautiful view of mountains from kitchen and patio! Very clean & comfortable kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Added plus of use of a garage when available. Kevin was an excellent host!

We had a great weekend in Leadville thanks to this wonderful condo. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but you are close to town. The condo brand new but still had a lot of charm from its old depot days. The views of the mountains from the deck were amazing. The check in and check out process was smooth which had a lot to do the quality of the owners! Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back and this will be our first choice for a place to stay!

This place is great for a ski weekend, very clean and modern. The location is ideal and the in floor heat is amazing for the cold nights, this will be a return visit for sure on our next ski weekend to Leadville.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was the best rental we ever stayed at. Such a cool building and close to the awesome town of Leadville. The only problem was that we had to leave!

I've booked with VRBO for many years and am very particular. I have to say the Leadville property is by far one of my top 3 favorites! If you are looking for a lovely, comfortable place to stay in Leadville this is the property you want. It's as close to perfect as you can get.
