The lanai is so peaceful the only sounds you’ll hear are wind rustling the palms and water lapping against the dock, where you can tie up your boat or watch for a passing dolphin or manatee while reclining in the Adirondack chairs. If you want to explore the water on a more personal level, then take the two provided kayaks and paddleboards out for an adventure.
The intricately decorated interior is a tropical dream in its own right. Modern furnishings blend with a seaside décor consisting of seascape wall paintings. The gleam of the sunlight further enlivens the tiled interior. After your day in the sun, relax on the sectional couch and enjoy your shows on the television in the living room. To top it off, this room opens up to the patio, so you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of both at the same time.
The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware. Cook up a family-style dinner to enjoy on the wooden dining room table overlooking the canal or a seaside snack out on the lanai.
The palatial master suite features sliding door access to the lanai and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and bathtub. The other bedrooms are every bit as inviting, with stylish décor, plenty of closet and drawer space, and televisions.
We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the home offers comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It even comes with a foosball and pool table, along with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for the short drive to the blue waters and silken white sands of the Paradise Coast. Go snorkeling, search for shells, or simply watch dolphins frolic in the surf.
One of Marco Island’s most popular family attractions, Mackle Park, is just a short walk from the house. It’s filled with covered basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, tetherball, a soccer field, and for the younger kids, a splash pad and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground. Inside the community center, you’ll find two billiards, ping-pong, and foosball tables and a large gymnastics area. There’s even a lake where you can take a scenic walk around.
