With five bedrooms, an office, and a workout room, this house has plenty of space for your family and friends to spread out and relax. The two living areas are beautifully furnished and perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring the city. The three bathrooms ensure your group has the space to prepare for the day.
When you're ready to explore, step outside, and you'll find yourself just a short walk away from the stunning beauty of City Park, with its expansive green spaces, beautiful lake, and iconic landmarks. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure and seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests' ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
