This historic gem is ideal for large groups. Stylish and spacious space nestled in the heart of Lincoln Park across the street from DePaul University. This gorgeous townhouse can accommodate up to 18 guest with 8 bedrooms, two living areas, two dining areas, two fully stocked kitchens and 4 full bathrooms! The Fullerton Red Line station is a block and a half away.
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.
Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.
Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.
Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.
1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.
2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.
3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.
4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.
5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.
8.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
9.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

This place is located in a perfect location in the heart of Lincoln park. The place was clean and nice. We made good use of the projector for sports games. As for the nitpicking and constructive feedback, the projector needs to be aligned and the furniture seems a bit flimsy/cheap (we had some big boys in our group). Overall the place was perfect for our large group.

We really enjoyed the property comfortably withbour family party of 11. We utilized two levels each with full bathrooms and kitchens, and laundry. We stayed with our group before in 2020. Clean. Host is very responsive and accommodating. One request would maybe be an upgrade in the sitting chairs designated for dining and extra seating. They are not that comfortable, especially for seniors that want to sit in the common area for long periods of time. We will definitely stay again. Thank you having us!

My family and I enjoyed the property. It was a nice experience for them, since it was their first time in Chicago. Everything was accessible and easy to navigate.
The property gave a highclass feel. The rooms, the Kitchen, washer and dryer, it was very comfortable and I would stay here again.
We were able to cook, which was great. They had enough pots, pans and utensils to cover your needs. I just wish they had more spices available.

Our non profit Board was meeting at DePaul University for three days and this was the perfect place for them to wind down, relax and have an opportunity to socialize, get to know each other and build relationships outside of the intense meetings. Location was close to DePaul and walking distance to restaurants. The units were very spacious, well equipped, furnished and very clean. The parking spot is really tight for two cars, so we only used it for one. We would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best locations near downtown Chicago. It's safe and has an incredible number of restaurants nearby. This is two flats on two separate floors but works great for a larger group. There are a lot of beds and rooms and a lot of chairs. That said, there are only two couches or 'soft seating' places in the two units. I recommend the owners provide more comfortable seating! Otherwise, the place is great!

Great space in even better location. 11 friends traveled to Chicago for Cubs game & music festival, with the L and Ubers very accessible. Rental was spacious for our group and clean at checkin.

We had an amazing time in Chicago with our sons robotics team, neighborhood was fabulous, super convenient to train, Target, coffee shops and restaurants. We even walked to and from Cubs game. House is very well appointed. We cooked and did laundry, the house has everything you could want, even ample parking!!

Found this wonderful home in the Lincoln Park area. It was a very quiet area. It also had a couple dedicated parking spots. We actually ended up using the "L" to get around, which was very easy to navigate. We thought parking would be a hassle. All in all an excellent place to stay.

Very clean and plenty of room for a large group. We rented the 2nd and 3rd floors for three nights to see Cubs game on Friday and Notre Dame vs WI game on Saturday. Great location in Lincoln Park.
