Recently renovated with gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops, abundant natural light with open layout kitchen, living room, dining area. Primary bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom with double shower, and direct access to backyard. Two more bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom with Roku TV. Huge backyard with gazebo. Driveway parking for 2+ cars plus easy street parking.

Great central location in Woodland Hills yet in a quiet family neighborhood: 2 min drive to tons of stores and restaurants on Ventura Blvd, 5 min drive to Westfield Topanga mall, 5 min drive to Whole Foods (and tons of other stores), 6 min drive to the Commons at Calabasas, 30 min to Santa Monica Pier, 30 min to downtown LA (can vary a lot based on time of day/traffic).

Guests have full use of the entire house and yard. The driveway is reserved for you and can easily fit 2-3 cars. Street parking is also free and easy.

◦ Number of guests on the property at ANY time must match reservation, any additional guests on the property for any period of time will be charged according to reservation rate unless specifically approved in advance
◦ No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of property allowed without prior written approval and extra fees paid
◦ When available, early check in or late checkout is $60 (must be pre-approved)
◦ Please note: kids are welcome, but property is NOT kid-proofed or baby-proofed, please ensure children are supervised at all times

Our family spent Thanksgiving at this property. Seven family members traveled from New Mexico (along with two doggies), four traveled from Vista CA, and two currently live right around the corner. It was ideal for cooking a large family dinner with 3 ovens, 2 stoves, 2 sinks, and plenty of sitting areas. The location was perfect for the get together. The family commented on how comfortable the beds were and the house was very clean and well kept. One suggestion for the owner: it would be a good idea to stock additional place settings (table spoons, forks) and serving dishes and prep bowls. It was a little challenging to prepare and serve the food. Also, the soap dispenser pump on the island sink didn't prime so we had to disconnect. We put a towel down so that it wouldn't spill under the sink.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) had a wonderful stay! The home had many amenities, comfortable beds and so much space for all of us to truly feel like we were on vacation. Beautifully decorated! There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and even takeout to eat while relaxing in the home. Target and other groceries were also a short drive. Definitely would recommend!!
